The Malva-2 flat is a cosy PET FRIENDLY place on the Veronese shore of Lake Garda in the historic village of Sommavilla di Brenzone. It is located in this ancient village far from the hustle and bustle of traffic, allowing guests to enjoy moments of relaxation and carefreeness.
It has a surface area of 70 square metres and the great advantage of being located on one level, with a splendid lake view and garden. It can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 persons. It is divided into: kitchen with balcony and lake view, 1 room with lake view counter with standard double bed and 1 triple room with standard double bed and single bed, large bathroom with window. Washing machine available. The kitchen/living room with lake view balcony is equipped with: 4 burner stove, refrigerator, oven, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and toaster, crockery, utensils and table linen, sofa and TV - 32 inch flat screen satellite. WI-FI internet access is available throughout the flat. The large bathroom with window and shower is also equipped with towels, hairdryer and toiletries. The triple room has 1 double slatted bed (divisible into two single beds), 1 single slatted chair bed and a wardrobe. The double room with lake view balcony is equipped with a double bed, 6-door wardrobe, dresser and safe. Both rooms are supplied with bed linen, blankets and pillows. The flat is equipped with private heating. The outdoor area consists of a wonderful citrus garden equipped with deck chairs and a lake view. From here you can also admire the olive groves in front and the wonderful starry skies that the summer on Lake Garda offers. A large table with chairs and sunshade is available outside for guests to dine in complete relaxation. For those who love the mountains and trekking, it will be useful to know that just a few metres from our flat there are various paths leading visitors to the slopes of Monte Baldo, including magical places such as the ancient hamlet of Campo, which has remained unchanged over time and preserves the remains of an ancient village. Apartament Malva-2 is also an excellent starting point for walks along the lake, allowing you to quickly reach various locations including the characteristic village of Cassone where the Aril river, known as the shortest in the world, flows into the lake, the tourist resort of Malcesine and the tranquil Brenzone.
