The spacious and well-furnished holiday home “Casa Balansina” is situated in Porto, a part of the Brenzone sul Garda district, and is only a few meters from the marina and the lakeshore. The house is located at the entrance of a path, the ideal starting point for beautiful walks to discover the area of Brenzone, which is home to the Nordic Walking Park, surrounded by olive groves, with marked trails of varying difficulty. One of the most visited places that can only be reached on foot is the ancient medieval village of Campo.
The 100 m² holiday home is spread across one floor and has its own entrance. It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (2 with a double bed and an additional single bed and one with 2 bunk beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, a 20 m² storage depot, satellite and television and a baby cot (on request). The private outdoor area boasts an open terrace with a table and seating furniture, where you can start the day with breakfast or spend the evenings with home-cooked dinners and a glass of wine while you look over the glistening lake and the surrounding mountains. From the home, you only need to cross the street in order to get to the marina, where you will find cafés, restaurants, shops and the tourist office. The nearest beach, where you can take refreshing swims in the lake, lies next to the marina, and along the lakeshore, there is a foot and cycle path connecting Torri del Benaco and Malcesine. The Acquafresca Sports Centre for all kinds of watersports is only a 6-minute walk (500 m) from the holiday home. The location is ideal if you would like to try sailing, trekking or mountain biking with your children. There are also several Nordic Walking routes of varying degrees of difficulty nearby. Malcesine is located 7 km or a 10-minute drive away, with the Scaliger Castle and a cable car, which takes you to the peaks of Monte Baldo, where you can also experience paragliding. 40 km or a 50-minute drive away, you can enjoy fun days at the famous Gardaland theme park, which is also reachable by bus (bus stop 50m away). In Castelletto (4 km or a 5-minute drive), you can visit the ethnographic museum and the Roman Villa, an exceptional archaeological discovery. Brenzone sul Garda is also home to numerous medieval churches worth a visit, including San Nicola in Assenza, San Zeno in Castelletto, adjacent to the Roman villa, Sant'Antonio Abate in Biaza and San Pietro in Vincoli a Campo.
