- kitchen equipped with sink, mixer, electric oven, 4-burner gas stove, fridge, freezer, kettle, German coffee machine, utensils, crockery, table linen, satellite TV, iron and ironing board on request, dish soap, sponge.


- bedroom, equipped with sheets, blankets and pillows, is furnished with a double bed with slats and a bunk bed with slats, large wardrobe, bedside tables, safe and a balcony equipped with chairs and table; you can enjoy a splendid lake view.

- bathroom consists of sink, toilet, shower bidet, soap for meni, hair dryer, toilet paper, carpet, towels, washing machine, large window overlooking Monte Baldo. Ironing board on request.

Nice apartment in Sommavilla di Brenzone on one of the most beautiful shores of Lake Garda. At 200 meters above the lake with crystal clear waters, on the slopes of fields of centuries-old olive trees, away from the traffic offers the possibility of relaxation and fun. Ideal place for excursions on foot or by bike, to visit the many medieval churches ... It takes just 10 minutes to reach beautiful beaches to practice: swimming, kite, surfing ... or to find supermarkets, pizzerias, bars, ice cream parlors or newsagents . Tennis courts can be found within a 5-minute walk. At 5 km there is the Malcesine cableway that will take you to the summit of Monte Baldo. Verona, Trento, Gardaland, Caneva, the Zoo are all easily accessible from our holiday home.
