For shared use: property 2'800 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool fenced (11 x 7 m, depth 150 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. Linen change weekly. Towel change weekly. 30 m long steep motor access to the house. Grocery 300 m, supermarket 600 m, bakery, railway station "Rovereto" 42 km, ferry "Malcesine - Limone" 8 km, pebble beach 400 m. Nearby attractions: Malcesine 8 km, Garda 20 km, Battello "Assenza di Brenzone" 2.5 km. Hiking paths: Monte Baldo 30 km. Please note: car recommended. Baby equipment on request (included). Residence with electric gates. The owner lives in the same residence. The owner has a dog.

Urlaub im Spätsommer
Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, spricht sehr gut deutsch. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Möbel und die Dusche sind allerdings schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und in keinem guten Zustand mehr. Die Matratzen vom Bett waren gut, die Couch dagegen unbequem. Auch war die Sicht auf den See wegen anderer Häuser von der Wohnung selbst kaum möglich. Der Garten und die Lage sind sehr schön!

Traumhafter Ausblick
Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, mit phantastischen Ausblick. Sehr nettes Betreiberpaar. Ein ganz lieber Hund des Eigentümers. Der Vermieter spricht sehr gut deutsch. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Die Einrichtung ist typisch italienisch, minimalistisch. Aber alles war sehr sauber und völlig ausreichend. Das wirklich Einzigste, was verbesserungswürdig wäre ist, der fehlende Insektenschutz an den Fenstern. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlauben.

Toller Blick auf den See
Lage der Unterkunft sowie Garten und Pool sind sehr schön. Ferienwohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Gewöhnungsbedürftig für uns war, dass die Vermieter oberhalb der FeWo wohnen und man ihnen ständig begegnet ist.
