Super cute place, great interior design, and kitchen well equipped
We came to Brenham for a concert in college station and stayed here. The place is in a transition neighborhood. It seems, this place is super cute and everything seems very safe. The interior design of this place is very well done tasteful and neutral is very well equipped, although we didn’t use much outside of wine glasses.;) The bed was super comfortable in the master and the bathroom had plenty of space for the two of us. There is a lot of room for just the two of us. You could have two other couples and still be comfortable. The house was spotless and located in a very accessible area to get wherever you are going Whether it be wineries or downtown Brenham or even college station in our case. Communication with the owners was regular and very much appreciated. The house book had really good recommendations for meals and things to do. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Perfect little gem!
My best friend and I were taking a trip to Round Top. We originally had reserved a hotel in LaGrange for one night, but decided to check VRBO one last time to see if there was anything available at last minute that met our standards, as admittedly, we are quite picky about what we expect from a rental, and found this little jewel available. At the last minute, we booked it and I’ll tell you now, it was “meant to be.” This was one of the nicest, cleanest, most comfortable stays we have ever stayed on our twice-a-year trips to Round Top. The location was so easy and convenient, we felt safe, and it was easy to message the hosts with questions and they were very quick in their response. We would definitely stay here again, and enjoyed everything about it! I cannot express just how cute and perfect this little house was, but most importantly to us, it was super clean and exactly as the pictures showed. It’s perfectly and tastefully decorated and it was furnished with everything you could possibly need. Our only regret is, the whole purpose of our stay was shopping in RT, therefore, we didn’t get to stay long enough to enjoy our “actual” stay at the perfect VRBO! So, if you are looking for a place for a girl’s weekend or just a get-away, do NOT hesitate to book this little gem! It’s new so once word is out about how perfect it is, it will stay booked and hard to catch. We will definitely stay in the future if we are lucky enough to catch it available on the dates we need.
