The Bayview Rendezvous is a breathtaking property sitting perched above the Liberty Bay Inlet which sits along side the Bremerton to Seattle Ferry Route. As you approach the property, you will head down the hillside driveway to enter the Illahee Manor Estate, a 5 acre property with five homes on it. The home is situated at the bottom of the hill next to 2 of the other homes on the property. Private parking for 3-4 cars is situated under a designated carport. Enjoy exploring the 5 acre property full of unique scenery, wildlife, and a small fruit tree orchard. Walk down the short hillside path to the waterfront and enjoy a waterfront camp fire or a kayak trip around the calm inlet waters! Two kayaks and one stand-up paddle board provided for guest use.
Once entering the home, you will be greeted by an expansive living room with over 20 foot ceilings, floor to ceiling windows overlooking the water, and beautiful touches designed with guests' comfort in mind. Enjoy lounging in the living room with plenty of seating and 50 inch smart TV. (Please note fireplace shown in pictures is not operational and for esthetic purposes only). The kitchen is a fully remodeled and stocked with everything guests should need for general cooking. Beyond the kitchen sits a beautiful sunroom dining room and sitting area where the views can best be enjoyed around the dinner table! The sunroom leads to an exterior deck space with a BBQ.
There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on the main level. The first bedroom sleeps 4 and is fitted with a bunk bed with Full size bed on bottom, twin on top, and twin pull-out trundle. The second main floor bedroom sleeps 2 with a queen bed with beautiful views of the water. The main floor bathroom is a full bathroom with tub and shower. Upstairs you will find the expansive primary suite loft sleeping 4 with a King Bed, pull-out couch, 50 inch TV, sitting area, and private full bathroom. Please note the primary bedroom is a 'loft' meaning it does not have fully enclosed walls and has limited privacy especially in regards to sound travel.
Whether you want to stay local to Bremerton or use the area as a central point to explore, there is so much to do! The house is 5 minutes from Illahee State Park which is a 86 acre waterfront camping park great for exploring expansive trails and beaches. The house is also less than 15 minutes from the Bremerton to Seattle Ferry terminal where passengers can take the quick ferry ride over to Downtown Seattle and explore everything the city has to offer! For those willing to travel 30 mins - hour, the house is a perfect central location to travel to The Hood Canal, Poulsbo, Port Orchard, Tacoma, Gig Harbor, Tahuya Trails, and much more! The entire home is private for guest use only. However, there is a locked basement storage area. The 5 acre property is very private, but it should be expected to see other guests and tenants on the property sharing the 5 acres and waterfront area.

- House is located down a fairly steep driveway.
- Some staircases and railings in the house could be potentially hazardous to young children who are not carefully watched. Please look over pictures carefully and evaluate your child's restrictive needs.
- Walkway down to water is a wide, safe path - however it is a steep hill that does take some endurance to be able to walk back up.
- Cell service is limited with some carriers, but great WiFi is available.
- Use kayaks and paddle board at your own risk. Life jackets must be worn.
- Firepit by waterfront available for guest use, but no firewood is provided. Fires must be completely extinguished when not being supervised.
