Escape to the tranquility of the Kitsap Peninsula! This one-of-a-kind luxury estate has a modern living area and multiple levels of Victorian design. We welcome corporate groups, families and pets!

The entire home has stunning views of the water & Olympic mountains. Enjoy the Dyes Inlet beach, mere steps away, and the newly added inflatable paddleboards (life vests provided).

An Eclectic, Special Home
Our unique home was built from Victorian house plans. Every room has beautiful period details and we
have furnished it to accentuate these features. In the early 2000s an addition was built, creating a
completely separate modern living space. Both ‘sides’ share an updated kitchen. You can choose to eat
meals at the kitchen counter or in front of the TV, or, set up the formal dining room with gold painted
tin tile ceilings and your choice of several sets of china and silverware, table cloths and cloth napkins..
We welcome groups for family or corporate events and we allow pets!
The entire home has stunning views of the water & Olympic mountains. Enjoy having high tea looking
out at the water or having a BBQ on the large deck.
A quiet public boat launch is less than 25 yards from the driveway. Bring your boat, jet ski or kayaks to
slip right into the water. There are 4 inflatable paddleboards available, and multiple sizes of life vests. A
special waiver needs to be signed to utilize these items.
There are three bedrooms with large closets- 2 queen beds and 1 king. For guest overflow there are two
attic rooms with a total of 6 twin beds (one attic space has 4 twin beds and a lounging area to play video
games, and the second attic space has two twin beds, yoga mats and hand weights.)
Step outside to a selection of outdoor spaces designed for relaxation and entertainment. Whether it's
gathering around the firepit on the expansive patio, enjoying the morning air on the wraparound porch,
or hosting a barbecue over the carport on the sizable deck, you'll find the perfect spot to unwind.
Choose between a gas or charcoal grill to suit your culinary preferences.
Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway, a family retreat, a gathering of friends or bridal party, this
half-Victorian, half-modern estate promises an unforgettable experience where the best of both worlds
merge in perfect harmony.

This nearly 4500 SqFt home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; two attic rooms provide more sleeping
arrangements.
Patios – a patio off the kitchen features a gas grill and charcoal grill and multiple options for seating. A
secluded patio off the living room offers a quiet place to have your coffee while the sun rises, or to use
the binoculars to look for herons, eagles, seals or whales!
*Bedroom 1 (Modern side, main floor): Queen Bed, walk in closet and private bathroom. Huge room
with vaulted ceilings and large picture window with view of the water. Personal thermostat just for that
room. HD TV in the armoire opposite the bed has a Roku device installed (guest mode).
* Bedroom 2 (Victorian, second floor): King Bed, Bay Window and a turret! Large room with desk and
two arm chairs to relax in and enjoy the view. HD TV on the dresser opposite the bed has a Roku device
installed (guest mode). This bedroom shares a full bathroom on the same floor.

* Bedroom 3 (Victorian, second floor): Queen Bed and Attic entrance. Enjoy water views from the
comfort of your bed! HD TV on the dresser opposite the bed has a Roku device installed (guest mode).
This bedroom shares a full bathroom on the same floor.

Guest Over Flow:
* “Bedroom” 4 (Modern side, Attic) w/ Two (2) Twin Beds and Exercise Center. Accessible by spiral
staircase. HD TV on the table opposite the beds has a Roku device installed (guest mode). This
“bedroom” shares the half bath in the main hallway.
* “Bedroom” 5 (Victorian, third floor/Attic) w/ Four (4) Twin Beds and TV area. New Atari game station,
vintage Play station, extra large ‘lovsac’ type pillows to chill out on while you play or watch others play.
HD TV also has a Roku device installed (guest mode). This “bedroom” shares the full bathroom on the
second floor, or half bath on the main floor.

*** Safety window ladders are easily visible in the attic sleeping areas “Bedrooms” 4 & 5.

*Laundry*
A washer and dryer are available just to the left of the kitchen and wall desk. Detergent pods, bleach,
wool dryer balls, and dryer sheets are provided.
Super high speed Wi-Fi access throughout the home
Fans are available in every room. The modern side of the house has air conditioning. Window AC units
are in the bedrooms on the Victorian side. Please keep the window AC units off or set to “low” when
not using the bedrooms.
Families with Kids: Toddler crib bed and sheets are located in the closet in Bedroom 2. A pack n play is
stored in the laundry room.
Pets: Dog bowls, a bed, bag dispensers, and toys will be provided. We must restrict pets to dogs only. If
your dog has an accident there is Nature’s Miracle in the laundry room. Please spray the stain and blot.
If your pet has more than one accident there may be an additional fee for carpet cleaning. Please follow
local laws and keep your dogs on leash at all times.
For large group reservations, please make sure that you carefully read the above details and are okay
with the sleeping arrangements.
If there's an amenity that you would love to have, please let us know and we'll do our best to
accommodate your request.

Guest access
To the right of the carport is a lighted area with covered stairs that go up to the kitchen door.
Electronic keypad entrance at the kitchen door. Carport and driveway parking is available. There is a
shared driveway/access road to the home-- please obey the speed limit and do not disturb the
neighbors. There is also plenty of free street parking on the residential street behind the home on
Naomi St. Please do not block driveways or mailboxes.
Guests have access to everything in the home and on the property EXCEPT the basement.

**IMPORTANT. If you do not have any guest reviews or your booking platform does not provide us with
your ID verification, then you will need to follow emailed instructions that you receive from us and/or
our booking partners to verify your identity and activate a damage protection policy. This is important to

1) The basement and garage.

Since we are not onsite at this property, please do not hesitate to reach out if you need something during normal office hours 9am to 5pm PST. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Outdoor fun includes a beach with a public boat launch for kayaks to small boats. Newly added: inflatable paddleboards and life vests!
We kindly ask that this residence be left in the same condition as you see it upon arrival.
Please also acknowledge the following:

1. We do not host groups who are all 21 years of age or younger. If everyone in your group is 21 years of age or younger, then please do not place a reservation. It will be cancelled and subject to our cancellation policy.

2. Local residents are not allowed to place a booking without pre-approval from us. This is to prevent locals from using our residence as a party house.

3. Please note that we only release door codes to the person who booked the reservation and every guest must provide a valid, government issued photo ID. No 3rd party bookings; the person who booked the reservation must be one of the guests staying for the duration of the booking.

4. All guests must be accounted for in the reservation. This means all guests entering the residence/building at any point in time counts as a guest. In other words, the definition of a guest is not limited to only those people planning on sleeping inside the unit, but to all guests planning to be inside the unit at any given time. For example, if 6 people are going to “hang out” inside the unit, but only 2 people plan on sleeping over, then the guest count selecting during the booking should be “6” not “2.” Any extra guests not disclosed before arrival will lead to an immediate termination of the reservation non-refundable, require that all guests vacate the premises immediately, incur a $100 penalty/unauthorized guest/per night charge, and we will seek compensation for any damages that are found upon our subsequent inspection of the property.

5. No parties/events. We have relationships with our neighbors, and we respect their rights as homeowners. Therefore, we will know if parties are being held.

Fourth of July and Family Gathering
We had a wonderful stay. The house is unique and lovely with beautiful views. We hosted a family celebration of our daughter’s wedding, and the house was perfect. Multiple decks with views, great indoor spaces, and a lovely yard for lawn games. Even though we spent most of our time in the modern side of the house, the Victorian side added to the great memories, with so many interesting antiques, photos, etc. On the Fourth, we sat in the turret and watched all the local fireworks - it was a great show!
