"Beautiful property that we wish we could have enjoyed more but it was perfectly cozy for a snowstorm. My only request is that of you can’t use the wood burning stove there should be some fire feature to enjoy during the winter even a gas one. "

The kitchen was perfectly stocked for cooking our meals and the beds were very comfortable. We relaxed in front of the fireplace and stargazed in the hot tub. The nearby towns are full of great restaurants and bookstores. Our stay really was perfect and we can’t wait to return."

"The house is lovely, great location and situation. The shore just below the house is rocky and charming, but requires caution descending to it (in the winter anyway). Sunrise over the south end of Monroe Island is just gorgeous. Views from every room. The kitchen is great, and the most generously supplied with cookware and dishes that I've ever seen in a rental. "I had an excellent visit. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and small appliances. Everything was super clean; magazines and books were available (as well as good WiFi). I never turned the tv on as the view was spectacular. I wasn’t able to have an outdoor fire due to weather but everything was great. I hope to return.
