"We loved the bones of the house and for the price, we were quite satisfied. Plenty of space, nice layout, beautiful staircase and foyer. Nice fireplace in the living room. Excellent kitchen, nice dining room. The house was, in it's time, a real beauty and the setting is very peaceful...but it's time for some TLC on the property in general...carpets, doors, woodwork all need re-freshing and or reworking. Bathrooms are clean but in the original 1950's condition. A water softener/filtering system...

"I had my wedding and reception here. It was a small outside gathering, however, it was perfect. The property is gorgeous and quiet. Another plus it was so much cheaper than a venue and we had it for the weekend. I highly recommend for anyone whether its a stay or a small gathering!!!"

"Had a wonderful weekend stay at the property. We had 4 adults, 4 kids and a baby comfortably fit in the home. There was a pack-n-play & high chair available to use for the baby that came in handy. Kitchen was fully equipped. WiFi helped with poor cell phone reception in the area. We had a fire in the pit outside for hotdogs and s'more's. The hot tub was not open for the season to use but hoping we can use on our next visit there. The yard goes right up to the dock & lake. Only complaint was that...

"This was such a beautiful hotel. I’m from New York and I’ve been to countless amounts of casinos. This one is definitely top rated! The staff was excellent, the rooms were perfection and the slot machine selection was plentiful! If ever I’m in Indiana again I will be back!
