"We had a fantastic stay. The hotel was modern, clean, friendly, comfortable, welcoming and perfect. It is a very short walk to the centre Annette there are shops, cafes, attractions, etc. The breakfast was outstanding, very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities were absolutely fine. The rooms were clean, presentable, comfy, modern and relaxing: perfect. The train station is less than a ten minute walk away which is very handy. We loved this hotel and would / will go back again. Excellent"

"location is good , staff also good, only the 1st room heater was spoil, report to the front desk in the middle of the night and the guy come to my room and said is normal, the whole night was nightmare for me, the think blanket never leaft my body at all. lucky next morning, a lady front desk come to my room and decided to change the room for me, now i'm in the good room and good night sleep "

"I stayed here for 3 nights on a work trip. The room was fantastic, spacious with a mini kitchenette. Very handy. Bed was really comfortable to sleep in and there was a nice sized table to sit at in the evening. Staff at reception were fantastic!! However, it's MASSIVELY confusing when you first arrive because nowhere on Hotels.com does it tell you that the Kirk Suites are part of the Zsleep hotel adjoining them. So when you're looking for the Kirk Suites reception, there isn't one!! You can't check in online on the machines in the foyer with a Hotels.com reference number, it doesn't recognise it. And there is tiny sign that says there is a reception on the 11th floor of the Zsleep hotel. Hugely confusing, please put something about this in the hotel info."

"Lovely big house, great location, views. Ample hot water+ radiators. Floor cleanliness +1 bathroom poor. Electricity connections intermittent in 3 lights. Needs sorting. No window curtains/ blinds. Health and safety, for kids; stairs terrace, terrace chimney wood fire."

"This maybe classed as a budget hotel, but we were very happy there. New hotel by the sea. Simple but functional Nordic room. Good gym Breakfast ok Good Italian restaurant on found floor. 15 minute walk into centre of town Quiet location. Good car park next to hotel, independent chargeable. Bar on top floor. We recommend"
