"The hotel is a great location right by the main train station, by Belvedere Palace and close to tram and metro lines to get around. The room was really spacious, clean, nicely furnished, the balcony was a nice addition and the bed was ridiculously comfortable! The shower room had a really nice powerful shower. We were able to check in early to the room which was much appreciated after the sleeper train as it meant we were able to get a full day exploring in feeling refreshed! "

"I had a really lovely stay, it was really convenient with easy Ubahn access and transport for the airport. The room was really comfortable and well laid out. The bed was ready comfortable, and the shower was perfect. The staff were all super friendly and helpful! I could leave my suitcase in the luggage room aftervi checked out in the morning and had an evening flight. I think I will come back next time im in Vienna!"

"The proximity to various public transport lines was extremely conveniant. As well, the breakfast buffet was exceptional - lots of options as well as various organic and fresh produce. "The hotel was in an excellant location and the tram stop directly ipposite the hotel making it easy to commute into the centre. There was some confusion at check in as the hotel advised we had 2 rooms booked but we only booked 1 room. The staff were all really friendly and helpful.The towels were changed daily.The breakfast was excellant we just had this 1 out of the 3 days we were there.If we visited aflgain we would be happy to stay here.It would be nice to have tea and coffee making...
