"Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, wir haben uns sehr auf das Wochenende in der Ferienwohnung gefreut! Leider wurden wir bitterlich enttäuscht. Vorweg sei gesagt, dass die Kommunikation vorab ohne Probleme mit dem Inhaber verlief. Der Schlüssel für die Tür war vor Ort und wir konnten direkt in die Immobilie. ..."
