"We arrived on a Thursday night. The check-in experience was good. Fast, friendly and concise welcome from the reception staff. We were also given a voucher each for a free welcome drink from the bar. The room was really nice, clean, modern and also very spacious. We noticed 1 fault which was the air conditioning. It was extremely warm and would not blow cold. The reception tried to fix it but the temperature kept rising to 25.5 C degrees. As a workaround, the reception gave us a fan for the room and advised us to turn off the air conditioning completely. Colico itself although extremely beautiful and picturesque, seems like a fairly sleepy little town but we visited over a very rainy Easter weekend so we expect that the footfall in the area increases drastically in the summer. We will definitely visit again and stay at Seven Park Hotel as the location is excellent and the train station is also just 3-4 minutes walk away. "

"Great location. Lively vibe in the evenings with music we enjoyed under the hotel at Roo bar, which closes at 9pm so quiet after. Very clean and spacious. Very convenient with super market around the corner. Loved all the local wood furnishings. Hauser restaurant was very good, enjoyed the hot stone dinner, cooking meats at the the table. Only things missing were cofee maker, fridge, a fan & air control. Its a good thing i travel with a travel fan which was a lifesaver. Would definitely stay here again. Loved the vibe."

"The location is perfect, walking distance to Ski Lift and downtown, as well as hiking paths. The hotel has agreement with Ovaverva, a complex with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, water slides, Gym and spa. This is perfect to relax after a day of skiing or hiking. The staff is incredibly polite and professional. They make you feel like a royal guest. Staff members are from many different nationalities, and they all speak many languages. This makes the ambient very interesting, warming and welcoming. The so many options for dining are all fantastic. The bar is great. The Lobby has ample space with all kind of seating options from high-desk for laptops to coffee/tea chairs to cozy sofas. Our favorite spot was the sofa near the fireplace which gives a nice warm look and wood aroma to the entire area. The breakfast, included in room rates, is superb, with so many options for all tastes, from cereals, yogurts, and fruits, to fresh or grilled vegetables, wide selection of cheese and cold meats, different types of breads to an omelette station! Great juices and two espresso machines with perfect coffee of any type of preparation. Housekeeping staff, all international and multilingual, are super polite and quite fast. Before you know, your room is all cleaned and done! We stayed in room 461, a great corner room with awesome views. Our kids stayed at room 150, very spacious and nice balcony. We had a lovely stay and would return any time. It could not have been better."
