Small holiday development "Bredunepark", built in 2020. On the outskirts Bredene Aan Zee, in a sunny position, 700 m from the sea, 700 m from the beach. For shared use: garden (fenced) with lawn. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Supermarket 2 km, shopping centre 6 km, restaurant 800 m, bar 30 m, bakery 400 m, bicycle rental 2 km, tram "De Lijn 'Renbaan'" 550 m, railway station "NMBS Oostende" 8 km, sandy beach "Hyppo beach" 700 m. Golf course (18 hole) 3 km, surf school 3 km, minigolf 2 km. Nearby attractions: Fort Napoleon 4.6 km, Familiepark 'De Sierk' 2.5 km, Sealife Blankenberge 14 km, Plopsaland De Panne 43 km, Oostende 7 km, Brugge 20 km. Hiking paths: Duinpanpad 6 km, Spuikompad 10 km, Landerijenpad 12 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. The complex has another 2 houses for rent. The holiday properties may differ in situation, size and location.
"Bredunepark", 3-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, comfortable and cosy furnishings: entrance hall with separate WC and gas heating. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Shower. Upper floor: open living/dining room with dining table, digital TV and international TV channels. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Large terrace 30 m2, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Schönes Haus in guter Lage
Das Haus liegt ca. 7 Min. Laufweg vom Strand entfernt. Ein Aldi ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Innenstadt von Bredene ist ca. 2 km entfernt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Selten hatten wir so viel Besteck und Geschirr in einem Ferienhaus. Waschmaschine und Fön sind auch da. Direkt gegenüber gibt es ein kleines Café, das aber abends schließt, so dass es dann auch sehr ruhig ist. Ausflüge nach Oostende, Brügge und Den Haan sind empfehlenswert. Kleine Anmerkung: ein Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse fehlt und die Platten auf der Terrasse müssen mal gereinigt werden (viel Moos). Es hat uns gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Neu, hell und zweckmäßig
Das Ferienhaus ist noch sehr neu und sehr sauber. In der Küche fehlt noch das ein oder andere, zum Beispiel gab es nur ein Küchenmesser und keine vernünftige Salatschüssel. Im Bad wäre ein Duschteppich gut, da der Boden sehr kalt ist. Aber das Haus ist sehr hell und der Balkon sehr geräumig. Inssamt ist es eine schöne Unterkunft.

Die Räumlichkeiten waren soweit ok
Mobiliar und Geschirr waren top, Geräte waren gut, bis auf ein paar Spinnen und Spinnennetze ein schöner Urlaub. Man sollte auch mal unter dem Laken nachschauen. ;-)

Das Ferienhaus ist super! Es entspricht komplett der Beschreibung. Die Lage für einen Strandurlaub ist perfekt. Der Ort Bredene selbst hat wenig zu bieten, da sollte man schon nach Postende fahren.
