Had a wonderful time. Condo was perfect for my family. Resort had a lot of amenities we enjoyed including the pool, hot tubs and sauna. Especially liked the convenience of having everything from ski rentals to ski school right there at the resort. Shuttle to and from town was great. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
Great location, great beds, great stay! It was nice having the kitchen to cook a couple of nights, wonderful having the steam room/sauna and hot tubs for relaxation in the evening. Very nice shuttle service- just call and they’re there to pick you up and take you to Main Street, but you can walk, too. Overall stay was great and would stay here again!
Ideal location! Our only additional need would have been better hot water (ran out quickly with a few people showering post day on the slopes), but I don't think this is something that can be controlled on a property like this. Would absolutely book again!
We were able to get out to Breck with Niece and Nephew and their two year old. Out 24 year old son came out and skied a couple days. The condo was perfect for our group. Having the fire place with wood delivered, zones for heat, fans and humidifies. Nephews family likes it warm and we liked it cool. Best sleep I have had since coming to Colorado in the early 90s. Beaver Run may be our favorite location. We hope to come back in the future.
Unit was as advertised. Clean. Convenient to ski lifts. Parking and access to the room was a bit confusing initially but fine once we figured out where we were going. Would stay here again without hesitation.
*Note: this was a guys trip. Clean, dry, and warm after a day on the slopes is all we really needed.
This condo is the perfect location in Beaver Run for a ski vacation. Elevator close to the Condo that takes you right to Arcade, hot tubs, laundry and really close to pool and Ski Lockers. Ski locker that comes with the condo is a life saver. No lugging ski equipment to and from the room. Great view of the mountains and comfortable beds. The water in the showers was warm enough but it would be nice if it could get hotter. We would definitely stay here again
The location was perfect. The condo was as listed. The ski locker was great. Not having to lung my skis around was a plus. My only complaint was the elevator. There is one for the entire building and it was always full. Had to wait at least 10 minutes for one to stop that had room to ride. I would stay again because of the location.
The location could not be better! The views were amazing from the living room and the Master Bedroom. Not only beautiful, but you could look out to see how busy the lift line was. Everything you would want from a hotel, but in a condo; restaurant, Starbucks, mini market, ski store, etc. was just an elevator ride away. The ski lockers, 2 lifts, rental equipment right there. The place itself was clean and comfortable. My complaints come mainly in the price and expectations for that price. With all the fees, we paid over $1k/nt. MB was a loft-no privacy. Doors and fixtures were all cheap and barely worked. Thin walls and ceiling and kinda noisy. SMART tv downstairs only. Bedroom tv’s limited options. Kitchen has appliances and plates/silverware, but not stocked with anything-no coffee, basic seasoning, nothing. No bathroom downstairs. Location is really what you’re paying for and it didn’t disappoint. The free shuttle to town was a great convenience too. The wait time was a bit unpredictable, but if you’re patient, it was really nice to get dropped off and picked up and not worry about driving and parking.
Overall the property has an excellent location with plenty to do on property and excellent access to the ski school as well as the lifts at the base of Peak 9. Due to a storm we were arriving before the 4pm check-in and called the day before to ask about this process. I was told that the rooms are definitely ready by 4 but that I would be called/texted early if the room was available before that time. When I arrived and checked in with the front desk they had no idea whether the room was ready but I was able to at least get a key for the parking garage (which is an additional $36 per night which was not mentioned anywhere that I could see in the listing). The listing mentioned that a parking spot is available but not that there was an additional fee. After calling two more times to check on the readiness of the room and being told that I would be notified when it was ready I ended up just waiting until 4pm and then checking again with the front desk. Only then was I given a key for the room.
The Beaver Run Resort was built in the late 70's and early 80's and it's absolutely clear that this is the case. It's in desperate need of a refresh/update. We were in building 3 and there is one elevator on either side but only one was working for the entire time we were there. This forced the entire building to use the one elevator causing considerable delays in the morning and afternoon rushes.
A nice perk by staying is the free shuttle to use from the facility to town. You can also get firewood with starters and matches free of charge, which was a nice bonus.
Nice bedding and pillows.
I was fairly disappointed at checkout however because an email on the final evening said to make sure to start the dishwasher (fine) but also to take out the trash. It did not say where to take it however. We were wanting to leave early to travel home and wouldn't be able to call the Great Western Lodging until 8am when their office opened. I called the front desk to ask and they told me to just leave it for housekeeping, but that would only be if we were guests of the hotel, not with Great Western Lodging. We ended up leaving just after 8am so I was able to call to ask about what to do with the trash but they had no idea where I should take it and simply told me to find some trash cans in the hallway or parking lot. This really isn't acceptable for a room that costs this much.
Overall it was a good experience, but I feel a bit overpriced and could have been better.

Cute but dated
Overall we had a wonderful time but there are a few things I wish could have been different. We called to let the owner know we would be checking in late. He told us to go to some mail box on Main Street. We got there at midnight and the mail box did not have our keys. Instead we drove to beaver run and checked in at the front desk. Beaver run was out of power when we arrived so we had to climb 4 flights of stairs at midnight with our luggage. Our room never stayed the right temp. Either too hot up stairs or too cold downstairs. The unit could use a blanket on the couch. The appliances are a bit dated but they all worked fine. It was a great location and we would love to visit again… we just might bring our own blanket next time.
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful ski resort! The kids loved swimming in the heated pool and playing in the arcade. We enjoyed massages and hot tubs. It was great having a balcony with a Mountain View as well!!!!
We come to Breckenridge every October. It's fall break for our kids and we have a few birthdays to celebrate. This condo was the perfect family getaway. The room was great, the indoor/outdoor pool was a blast, as well as the game room. The ability to walk to all of the adjacent buildings while staying inside was a big bonus. We enjoyed taking the shuttle and dining at the Bever Run restaurants when we didn’t want to leave. All in all, a perfect family spot!
The pictures of the place make it appear a bit more youthful than it actually was, and significantly bigger. The atmosphere was nice, however, and the view and convenience of the property were as stated. The upstairs is spacious, which we enjoyed for privacy. The resort is a bit tired, but it didn’t reduce the fun of our stay.

Over all great experience
We enjoyed the location and amenities that the resort had to offer. Very convenient for any snowboarders or skiers that are experienced enough to go down blue level runs via the beaver run lift.
Only complaint I really have is being charged for parking.
Great place to stay!
We did not have a car but they had hotel shuttle service into town! Only complaint is it enough cookware kitchen things in the kitchen!
Room wasclean and big for 5 adults and bed was super comfortable! Wish they had towel service since there is no washer and dryer in the unit!
