Great for close-knit groups and families, this 2BD condo boasts a beautiful kitchen area, plenty of dining and living room space, and a hot tub on deck. After a day of adventuring, this is the place you want to be!
The Space:
This second floor, elevator-accessed condo unit is 1200 sq ft and has a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds and a twin-over-twin bunk bed in the second bedroom (total of 4 twin beds), and a pullout queen sofa bed. Perfect for groups with kids or for close-knit gatherings!
There is seating for ten in the dining room with lots of natural lighting. You will love the fully-stocked modern kitchen and the beautiful granite countertops throughout the unit (though you may find that you prefer to experience the unique dining experiences available right at your doorstep with how close to main street you'll be!).
Enjoy spectacular mountain views from the private outdoor hot tub on the deck. For your convenience, our unit includes a full-size washer and dryer, free high speed Internet (wired and Wi-Fi), gas fireplace, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and a bike storage closet on the first floor. Bring your bike and go on a ride without worry!

Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire 2-bedroom condominium, as well as the private hot tub.
The Neighborhood:
Known as Columbine Circle, the neighborhood is Breck's ideal location; within walking distance to Main Street and super easy access to public transportation as well!
Being in such a prime location, why not stroll down Breck’s main street this summer? You might find yourself stumbling into an art festival, discovering a beer fest, seeing homes built in the 1800s or enjoying local musicians playing outside as you take a scenic stroll. You will find tons of unique experiences in dining, shopping, and summer festivities. Make a reservation at The Dredge, the world's highest floating restaurant with access to walkways to enter from Adams or Jefferson Street - during the summer months you can even feed the ducks! If you have children in your group, you might consider looking into the Mountain Top Children's Museum where kids can find crafts, dress-up and building activities. While Breckenridge is great to explore year-round, there's certainly something wonderful about being able to explore all that it has to offer during the beautiful summer months! There are plenty of experiences in shopping, dining, and summer activities to satisfy your adventurous spirit. If you can't decide where to start, there is a scenic walking path alongside the Blue River that winds throughout town... just start walking, and you're bound to run into unique and exciting experiences!
Getting Around:
Located at the south end of Main Street so the entire town of Breckenridge is accessible by foot. Check out the “Breckenridge Free Ride,” a free bus with routes to the gondola and throughout downtown. During the summer months, the Gondola will also take passengers to the Breckenridge Fun Park, complete with zip lines and canopy tours.
Uber is available in town as well.
Other Things to Note:
Please provide an accurate guest count prior to booking. Rates vary throughout the week and season and by number of guests. It's important that your guest count is accurate so we can be sure the home is adequately prepared and stocked for your stay.
There is no smoking allowed inside or outside on complex grounds.
Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use!
You may also use the large outdoor community hot tub located between the buildings of the South Range complex.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
Please note that hot tub, recreation area with ping pong, foosball, pool table, and TV, as well as a workout room and steam room, with no set hours, though a key is needed outside of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
