Breckenridge condo
Property was clean. Screen was not correctly installed. It may be time to rotate the mattress (or replace?) - each side was recessed and the middle was like one of the mountain ridges that surround the town. Sleeping on it was a true alpine experience! And, does the garbage disposer even work? The dog next door continually howled/barked. Were the owners ever there? We never saw them.

Tannerhauser II Unit 6 was great!
I am so thankful for staying there! We were right in the middle of everything! The great market and liquor store was right next door! All restaurants and bars were within blocks! We had 2 pups with us and we all walked everywhere! Deb Woods, San Marcos, Texas

Great stay in Breckenridge! Great location and within walking distance of all amenities. The neighbors to the side and above were horrendous. Late night partying and as soon as 11:00pm hit, endless stomping and slamming around. Quite honestly, the most unbelievable situation. Contemplated confronting them myself or involving the local authorities but we threw our pillows over our heads and prayed for the best. Can’t win all the time, other than that, it was a great trip! Would say here again if the other occupants of the building disappeared.

Very Sketchy owner
The owner is a bit scarey. He accused me twice of saying things I never said! The place was great but I would never ever rent from him again!!! In fact I thought he was so strange, we figured out a way to block the door the last night. I have never felt that way about anyone.

Struggled to communicate with property manager upon arrival. Walls are very thin, lots of noise from other occupants made it difficult to sleep/enjoy. Lack of clarity regarding parking. Smell of apartment was odd as well. However, location was perfect.

Great Location, Uncomfortable Bed
The location was phenomenal and walkable to main street and the slopes. The place was clean and pretty well stocked, bring oil or cooking spray if you plan to cook. The ski storage was very helpful since it was a tighter space. While it was mostly good, the bed in the bedroom was very uncomfortable and my husband and I didn't sleep well either night. It felt like there was a hard rod or board in the middle of the bed. The leather pullout sleeper was more comfortable. Also, you can hear everything in the hallways and from the neighbors above. Luckily, it's a quiet facility and people seem to go to bed early. The location and cleanliness is why we gave it the three stars.

Great location; comfortable stay
Location was fantastic, one block behind Main Street. Lots of great restaurants in the vicinity, as well as a grocery store that opens till 9pm. Apartment was clean. Kitchen was well equipped not only with cooking utensils and cutlery, but dried herbs as well. Bedroom was comfortable. Sheets were very soft.

Excellent Location
We loved the location of this unit right off of Main Street in Breckinridge. Less than a block off the main drag, it was perfect for walking to dinner and shopping. The room was as indicated including clean. Part of being so close to Main Street was that it was not a totally quiet location so we didn’t keep the sliding glass screen door open at night which made it a little warm for sleeping. Bedroom was adequate though the memory foam mattress was not the most comfortable for us. Overall, it was clean and convenient but not a luxury stay.

A Great Getaway

Fantastic Location
We were in Breckenridge for the annual Bernese Mountain Dog Holiday parade and tree lighting on Main Street. Brett’s place was half block from Main, across the street from a great affordable Italian restaurant and a couple blocks from a wonderful dog park. We parked our car and walked everywhere. Loved the nice touch of complimentary chapstick! Brett was a super host and made checkin easy and fast. Hope to come back in the summer.
