Limitless natural beauty - nestled near pine trees amid a mountain stream, ski in from Peak 8 and minutes to historic downtown Breckenridge to enjoy great shopping, dining, nightlife and everything Breck has to offer.. The balcony boasts views of a peaceful stream on the creek snuggled in pines.
In the winter, walk 1000 feet to the Snowflake lift or to the Nordic Center for cross-country skiing/snow-shoeing or walk half a block to catch the shuttle providing access to all the Peaks. Apres ski soaking in the hot tub or relaxing in the sauna alongside the creek watching skiers headed down Four O'Clock Run.
In the summer, step outside to all level hiking and biking trails. Plan to cookout and enjoy the natural beauty with picnic tables and charcoal grills along the creek.
Pet-friendly and please request at time of booking. For $35 per night this is not only an inexpensive option for you (since most kennels are more) but you have peace of mind having your pet with you instead of with a stranger.
Early and late checkout is also an option for $20 each, please request at time of your booking.
There is a $25 (per hour) fee for check out after 10:00am
Property features include coffee amenities/snacks, humidifier, fan, blow dryer, hotel quality bedding, full stocked kitchen, wifi, and Xfinity with 2 Smart TV's.
Please note: Unit 205 is located on the second floor of the building and runs a little warm due to its proximity to the laundry room and sauna below. If too warm, you may have to open a window. Unit 205 is located near the property entrance and sometimes noise can be heard from guests entering/exiting the property.
Transportation: Upon arrival, you can park your car and walk to shopping, dining, grocery and skiing. Free town shuttle or hop on Summit Stage to Copper Mountain, Keystone and A-Basin. Epic Mountain Express is available to shuttle you to and from DIA or Eagle Cty. Airport.
Parking: One unassigned parking space is allocated for the unit.
Host interaction: I live in Denver so I will not be there to greet you personally however, we are available to answer any questions by text, phone or email and give recommendations and attend to any issues you may encounter during your stay. Emergency contact emailed before your arrival.
Please note rates vary day to day so check the calendar to confirm pricing your desired dates. Both Breckenridge and Colorado charge sales tax which is beyond our control.
