We really enjoyed our stay here. Roomy, comfortable and great location.
The location was perfect; close to Main st and ski in ski out access. Garage parking. And space on the driveway for extra large vehicles.

We specifically rented this place because it was supposed to have an indoor pool. Pool was empty. Remove pool option if it's not available

True ski in/ski out, but dirty and needs updating
First of all, great location and spacious, 4 o’clock run is literal steps from the back door. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and nice. But overall the property was incredibly dirty. Every utensil, pot, pan, plate, glass etc had dried food scraps/grease on them and the floor was covered in debris so we had to vacuum every room. All the furniture was dated and looked/felt over used. Some windows didn’t close all the way, bathroom fans didn’t work, overall there was a lot of broken things at this place. I tried asking management some questions, but it took them 5 days to get back to me. Overall we dealt with it and ended up having a great time skiing, but it did seem like people get pumped through this unit and little care is given otherwise.

Skiing Feb. 2023
The location says it all. Never had to use either car (left both in our private garage). Skied in and out of the garage without walking uphill except 20’ at the Snowflake lift once a day. There were enough pots and pans for our sous chef to make Chicken Piccata and Mushroom Risotto. And that’s a lot. With the pine grove across Four O’Clock run from our balcony, the townhome feels so private.

Overall good
Home is nice and comfortable and warm. Kitchen and bathrooms are nice. It’s definitely ski-in—skiing out you have to ski down about 300 yards then remove skis and cross a small road to the Snowflake lift-(no big deal). The garage barely (and I mean barely) accommodates a full size pickup truck (Toyota Tundra) so be mentally prepared for that. Two normal size sedans will fit easily enough. The downstairs king size mattress SERIOUSLY needs to be replaced—very, very old and uncomfortable. My advice—BEFORE YOU COME—CALL someone and get the CORRECT garage, front door, and clubhouse codes. The ones we were told were simply wrong. What a hassle.

Sone Good, Some Not So Good
The good first. The unit's location was great, close to Main Street. The unit was clean and had all the basics that you would expect. However, there were a few things that lowered my rating. The pictures look better than the actual unit. It is not nearly as bright as what you see in the photos. There are missing light fixtures in the ceiling. A bedside lamp had a stem missing so it was unusable, the TV in the bunk bedroom didn't work because there was no Roku attached, and most of the windows lacked screens so we couldn't leave them open at night. There was an outside balcony, but no furniture to sit on. The biggest problem we had was that the floor of the Master Shower leaked, and water leaked downstairs into the kitchen and onto the stove. I mean ALOT of water. I reported it and a few hours later a local representative, Sergi, spoke to me and came over two days later. He was very apologetic and offered us a late checkout and use of the pool and hot tub at their facility 5 Star facility on Main Street. That was very nice. He also told me that he had summited a request for a credit, but I haven't seen that yet. It's good that we could use the pool and hot tubs on Main Street, because apparently, the hot tub at our facility was out of order, which really didn't matter since the codes to get in that we were given didn't work. Sergi couldn't get in either. The end result is that we were not able to use the master shower for three days. The tub downstairs drained so slowly no one wanted to use that one either, so there were six of us sharing one small shower. I am not sure if the clothes dryer is working properly, as it took hours to dry a load of clothes. Even with all of these bumps in the road, we had a great time in Breckenridge.

Beautiful and incredible location
Townhouse is beautiful, roomy and perfect ski in and out location. Kitchen is complete. The only complain is about mattress in the queen lower room, it was completely worn out. Overall, a great ski week, very comfortable.

Cozy and convenient!
Great, cozy home literally right on Four O’Clock run. So convenient to start and end the day on the slopes. House was clean, cozy and had plenty of room. Garage is a bit small for large vehicles but, there’s plenty of room in the driveway. I would definitely recommend!

Great location, unit needs TLC
The location and space/layout of this unit is wonderful. Especially if you are looking to ski in and out of your unit. The kitchen has been updated and is very nice and the heated pool and hot tubs were a great break from the cold. However, there are some things that you need to be aware of before renting: -the furnishings are very worn and could use some updating. -baseboards and wood trim are very worn and could use refinishing. -there were no large pots or pans to cook for the nine people that the unit sleeps. Luckily we brought a huge stockpot and electric skillet to use for cooking for a group -the downstairs king mattress is TERRIBLE. It is extremely worn and has a huge hump in the middle. My husband was unable to sleep here and had to sleep with the kids in the bunkroom. -the heaters were very hard to figure out and resulted in drastic changes in temps, especially during the middle of the night. -Our biggest complaint was that the washing machine did not work whatsoever. We drove 20 hours and packed knowing that we had the ability to wash clothes. It was a huge inconvenience and the local rental company was basically unresponsive. One handyman did come and then promised it would be fixed the next day. He never came back, no one would answer our calls and it was never fixed. I called Vacase many times and was told that it was an issue with them reaching the local managers. Finally, after we checked out we were given a credit for the inconvenience which we apprecaite. But after living there for a week with children who were potty training and people with altitude sickness... no credit could make up for the inconvenience. Again, if you don't care about luxury and plan on eating out most meals, this unit would be ok. But if you are wanting a luxurious getaway, don't book this unit until some details are taken care of.

Mostly good
There were small things (couldn't turn on a single TV despite various remotes but none seemed to work, nothing to play any music on, no real patio furniture) but generally a nice place. It's a nice walk down to Main but we didn't attempt the hike back up so you'll need a car; not sure the busses went up there. Aside from this, it was a generally good location, reasonably priced and comfortable.

Great condo, terrible service
The condo was perfect for our family. After the first day of skiing I needed to do some laundry and the washer did not work. I called Vacasa, waited on hold for 45 minutes twice, gave up the first time and tried a different number to be put in what seemed to be the same cue. Was told they would pass it on to the “local management”. No follow up for 25 hours so I called again. Same thing, long wait and told there was no update since they had not connected with local management. I asked for a timeline or a phone number for the local and was told they could not give me either of them. Finally 3 days later someone comes. He was great but couldn’t fix it. He said they could have a repairman out the next day which was our departure day. They offered me to go to the main lodge 2 miles away to use the machine there. I did that. Erica at the local management there was great. If I could have just connected with local people I think it would have been better. So if you have issues try calling the Main Street Station or going to their front desk. You still have to pick up a key for the property on checkin and that also was a hassle. However, we didn’t need it as once you enter the garage the door to the house was not locked. Finally. It is definitely ski in. You ski out and have to cross a road about 25 yards to get in snowflake lift.

Great location but...
We had a great visit and this condo was a fantastic ski in ski out location. A few glitches that could be fixed - the dryer is very dangerous and got so hot in our first load that it set off the smoke alarm. The fuse in master bath required a restart each day. The kitchen pans need an update as the teflon is peeling off. And lastly - I found it very challenging to communicate with anyone. I sent several emails but never heard back. It all worked out but with prior VRBO rentals I have had much better communication which is comforting when flights are delayed, etc. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Nice house and location, but with several issues.
The house is in the perfect ski-in ski-out location with close access to the snowflake lift and less than 5 minutes driving to downtown Breckenridge. We enjoyed our stay overall, however, there were some issues with the house that required several calls and emails to the property manager. During the first night, the living room sofa bed broke so we called the property manager, first thing in the morning. When maintenance came to inspect it, they simply stowed the bed/mattress back in the couch, and then said that the couch portion was still usable so no further action was necessary. Shortly after, vacasa customer service followed up with me and I reported that 1 of my guests no longer had a bed, and then requested a replacement sofa bed or air mattress. However, we did not receive an air mattress until the next day, which left one guest without a bed for a night. When a certain number of beds is advertised in a listing, it should be expected that all the beds are there and 100% usable for the duration of the rental. Second, there was no dishwasher detergent or adequate supply of paper towels. When I called for these items, the detergent was never delivered so we had to go out and buy our own, and the paper towels were not delivered until the next day, despite my calls being placed first thing in the morning. Third, when we tried to use the hot tub, we weren’t given a code and when I called Vacasa, I was given two incorrect codes. When I tried for the code two additional times, it was too late and we were not able to use a amenity that we paid for and wanted to use. Finally, the front entryway path and driveway were a sheet of ice the entire stay. Furthermore, it didn’t seem that snow/ice removal was a priority, considering that a vacasa representative came to the house to drop off the air mattress and paper towels, and had to walk right through it. This was an absolutely unacceptable guest safety issue that went completely unaddressed. I will not rent this house again and avoid any properties managed by Vacasa, and I will discourage friends and family from doing the same. There were too many inexcusable issues with the house, along with a significant safety hazard, outside. Additionally, the way in which the issues were addressed by the local staff was slow and conducted with minimal effort. This property and management company can use some significant improvement.

Great Stay - Perfect Location
Can't beat the location - perfect for a ski week. Pop right off the deck and onto Four O'Clock run. The place was a great size with a large kitchen. Two-car garage and wood burning fire place were a bonus. Having a car with 4WD in the winter is recommended.

Nice location that needs some updates
Great location, clean and comfortable. Does not have furniture outside to enjoy the nice decks. Two TV's in the downstairs bedrooms did not work. Vacasa came by to address but they still did not work after they left. Linens need updated on the beds. Over-all good experience with these exceptions.
