It is fitted with a open plan kitchen with high end appliances, a dining are that seats six & with a kitchen bar seating. Living room includes a gas fireplace, couch, two comfortable arm chairs, a 32'' plasma HDTV..
The apartment sleeps 6 comfortably, with a king size bedroom, queen bedroom and queen sofa sleeper of hotel quality for maximum comfort, each has a private bathroom & TV in both bedroom.
Just off the kitchen, enjoy some relaxing time on the deck equipped with a BBQ grill, brand new 8 person hot tub, patio table & chairs.

Beautiful Breckenridge
Such a beautiful and spacious apartment. It’s convenient to shops, restaurants and skiing. Mother Nature provided a big snowstorm, so the fireplace and hot tub were much appreciated!

Great Location and Very Comfortable Furniture But Not Very Pet Friendly
We always enjoy visiting Breckenridge but would hesitate a repeat visit to this rental with a dog. The unit is located on the top floor of another larger unit and allows pets, but there are two steep staircases leading from the unit to the ground floor so if your pet is older or has mobility issues, this could be difficult. The lawn/garden is scrub and briar patches, so it may not be suitable for your pet to walk around. My dog had considerable issues with the steps, so we had to check out much earlier than planned. Norma, the host, was accommodating and provided a partial refund. The apartment was well stocked with staples and the location was great -- a 15-20 walk minute to town. The furniture is very nice and comfortable, and the kitchen appliances were in good working order. I did not see a fire pit which was listed as an amenity. There were several handyman issues that needed to be addressed upon arrival (broken dryer, locks, window handles, t.v. cable box, dead batteries, etc… ). While Norma and the property handyman were very nice and responded in a timely manner, some items could not be addressed by the time we checked out (e.g., dryer, cable box). To benefit future guests, I recommend enhancing the description of the property and scheduling a walk-through by a handyman on a regular basis to ensure everything is in working order. We spent a lot of time finding another place to stay on short notice and despite their assurances, VRBO did not assist with the rebooking.

Nice apartment for our family of 4.
Apartment was nicer than we expected from the pictures. We had a great stay, lots of snow. Being an upstairs unit, it was very warm throughout our stay. We had to open windows to make it comfortable. The garage that goes with apartment does not accommodate a large sized vehicle.

More than meets the eye
The pictures of this listing do not do it justice. My wife and I stayed for a 3 week stretch and had an amazing time. The apartment is well furnished, the hot tub works amazingly, and the walk to and from town made every evening very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this to anyone interested.

This place was much nicer than the pictures showed. It was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. With the split floor plan, a bedroom at each end, it was perfect for two couples. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice place close to Breckenridge
Cozy place, plenty big for 4 adults. About a 1 mile walk into town, but with the elevation and going uphill the walk back from town felt long. I didnt really notice or discover it until late in my stay, but TONS of hiking and mountain bike trails all over right by the house. Wish i would have taken better advantage of that. A great place to stay close to town.

Great location!
We had a great stay! Excellent location close to town. Loved the neighborhood! There is a bus that picks up at the end of the block but we chose to walk back and forth most of the time. The hot tub was perfect! Clean and private even with the surrounding homes close by. Norma was a great host and responded quickly to any questions we had. Wonderful 2 bedroom 2 bath close to downtown
This was our second year staying at the property; this year was a 10 day stay. We love that the property is dog friendly and within walking distance to downtown. The kitchen is well stocked with just about everything you need to prepare meals. Definitely plan on staying at this property again in the future.

Great Breckinridge rental
Rental was perfect for our family getaway. Location is close to town with option to use free bus nearby. The hot tub a nice treat, and it had a great view. The rental is over a three car garage, so climbing stairs is a must. Owner was friendly and receptive to a few suggestions. Overall would recommend!

Amazing property!
We loved staying in this home!! It was lovely and roomy yet cozy and comfortable. We loved the gas fireplace that we could just turn on any time for some extra heat. The kitchen was perfect with a large frig for storing our food and food prep. The private hot tub was all ours and was just outside our sliding glass doors. There was tons of natural light and two very comfortable bedrooms and 2 full baths. The garage was perfect for storing our skis and the main entrance was a great place to put on, take off and store our ski boots. We had our own washer and dryer right outside our front door upstairs which was easily accessible, and since it was just outside the apartment, we didn't have to hear any noise. The walk to the bus stop was fine, even in ski boots (easy to get there, just uphill coming back). We were also able to walk downtown and back with no problem. The home was clean and comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised with how nice it was!! The pictures didn't do it justice! The kitchen had all of the appliances you would ever need, plus spices, etc. You just need to bring your own cooking spray or oil if you plan to use the stove. Bring your own condiments as well. Overall we had a great time at Breck and this home made ita wonderful stay!! Thank you!!!

This property was a terrific value for a ski weekend in Breck. Location was close to bus and walkable to town when needed. Everything was clean and in order and we did not have any issues that needed addressing. Norma texted to check to see if we needed anything. Would stay here again.

We absolutely enjoyed our time at this property, and Norma was a fantastic owner. We had some minor issues, and Norma was easy to reach and always helped. The property is located a short walk from town, and is accessible by free trolley if needed. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

We loved this cozy yet spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated apartment in Breck. The beds were very comfortable, the living room furniture was stylish and functional, the artwork was so pretty, updated kitchen, high ceilings, and best of all was the private hot tub after a fun day of skiing. Norma was very responsive with my request to replace the specialized closet light fixture bulb. This place is a true gem and we hope to return. Thank you for providing a beautiful location for our family vacation!
