FAMILY ROOM, DINING ROOM, & REMODELED, WELL-EQUIPPED KITCHEN
The kitchen was recently completely remodeled and with modern cabinets, and it features stainless steel appliances, knotty Alder cabinets, slab granite countertops and hand-scraped, locally made solid Hickory hardwood floors. In the kitchen, there is a large pantry with shelves for food storage, cleaning supplies, and a full-size washer and dryer. The kitchen is well-equipped with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, lots of utensils, a crock pot, and both a Keurig and 12-cup coffee maker. There is a cabinet stocked with shared spices, sugar, salt and pepper shakers, and basic condiments. The dining area has a large dining table and a breakfast bar with seating for nine guests.
The oversized leather sectional and two-story, stone, wood-burning fireplace make the living room the perfect place to relax with friends and family on a snowy winter (or cool summer) night. The living room features high ceilings, an Internet-ready HDTV with cable and streaming services, a selection of board games, and a bluetooth speaker for listening to music. We have high-speed wireless Internet on a dedicated circuit, so the Internet never gets bogged down. Just outside the front door you'll find a Trex deck with Adirondack chairs, and stairs and access to the paved path leading to the pool complex.
TWO LARGE BEDROOMS & THREE BATHROOMS
The ensuite master bedroom features a new, modern Pottery Barn grey wash Farmhouse Bedroom Set (as of March 2024, not pictured yet). King bed, two nightstands, a daybed with 2 twin beds, and a full length mirror. The room has an Internet-ready HDTV with cable and streaming services, and a full bathroom with shower. There is a sliding glass door leading to a large, upper-level deck with Adirondack chairs. The second ensuite bedroom is similar in size and has a queen bed and Pottery Barn twin bunk beds, as well as a full bathroom with shower/tub. Both upstairs bathrooms have been completely remodeled with granite countertops, porcelain tile, frameless glass showers, and large vanities with space to store your toiletries. In addition, there is a third half bath on the main level.
FREE PARKING FOR TWO VEHICLES & A HEATED GARAGE
We are one of a few units in downtown Breckenridge that has its own heated, attached garage, and two parking spaces. The garage fits an SUV, and a second vehicle can park in the driveway just outside the garage. In the extra wide garage, there is ample secure storage for your skis and snowboards (winter) or bikes (summer), as well as hooks and racks for jackets and boots. No need to worry about checking in and trying to find a parking spot or hauling your luggage across a parking lot in the snow or down long hallways – simply pull your car into the warm, dry garage and unpack.
REMODELED, SALT-WATER POOL COMPLEX WITH HOT TUBS
Guests have full access to the beautiful Upper Village Pool complex, a 3 - 4 minute walk from our front door. This recently remodeled complex features two outdoor hot tubs and one indoor hot tub, and a heated outdoor saline pool which is kept comfortably warm in both the summer and winter. The clubhouse has lockers, a changing room, showers, bathrooms and an indoor pool entry, so you can enter the pool inside the complex and swim outside on chilly winter days. Pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and during ski season.
FAMILY FRIENDLY, RESPONSIVE OWNERS
With three kids of our own, the condo owners (Tim and Michelle) want your family to feel comfortable and at home in our townhouse. That's why we stock it with everything you might need to keep your family safe and happy: stair gates, pack-n-play, baby seat with tray, night lights, toys and a variety of games and books.
We enjoy renting to guests and will personalize your vacation with ideas for resort and on- or off-mountain activities. At your service are recommendations for restaurants, nightlife hot spots, transportation, lift tickets, ski and snowboard rentals, activities, and local attractions. Inside the condo are trail maps, activity brochures, restaurant menus, and more.
Taking care of our guests and our condos is a full-time job and has been since 2010, because it's one that we love. Expect that we will immediately respond and resolve any issues, and we welcome any ideas you have to improve your stay.
SUMMER FUN: HIKING AND BIKING TRAILS
Hiking and road and mountain trails are just out the door. Hike up the Sawmill Trail from the bottom of the Snowflake Lift and follow a stream to a reservoir where you can dip in or SUP. The multi-use paved Blue River bike path runs from the nearby Blue River Plaza all the way to the town of Frisco. Mountain biking trails are plentiful. Haul your bike up the ski lift and ride down to the condo, or ride the ten mile, mostly downhill, singletrack Peaks Trail from Breckenridge to Frisco. Golf nearby, take a whitewater rafting trip, fish along the Blue River, or sail at Lake Dillon.
WINTER FUN: MORE THAN SKIING, SO MUCH TO EXPLORE!
Breckenridge offers more than world-class skiing. Breckenridge Stables at Peak 9 has horse-drawn sleigh rides with a stop at mid-mountain for dinner overlooking the lights of Breckenridge. Ice skating, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and backcountry, telemark and cross-country skiing are nearby.
We own a second condo in Vail, which we also rent out. If you are considering Vail, check out our other VRBO website, www.vrbo.com/2531847.
