Unwind by the cozy gas fireplace in the spacious living area, complete with ample seating and a Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials to prepare delicious meals after exhilarating days on the slopes.

Enjoy the convenience of accommodations for up to eight guests, including a bunk bed setup perfect for kids. **Ski Hill Seasonal Pool: Open from Memorial Day to Labor Day; Open from Thanksgiving to Easter**

Other amenities include parking for one vehicle and complimentary Wi-Fi. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are stocked with fresh linens and towels as well as basic toiletries. All our homes are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, and our friendly staff is available 24/7 so you can rest assured your vacation is as worry-free as possible.

Breckenridge getaway
Our first time in Breckenridge and this place was perfect location to Main Street. Nice kitchen and family space. Bedrooms with nice space and so good to have multiple bathrooms with the family! Easy parking, even some covered parking for when it was raining!
