This studio apartment is attached to the main house with a separate entrance, but can be combined with the main house if desired. We do rent out the apartment and so there may be people there during your stay. There are no shared spaces and each has its own lock and separate entrance.

Please note, our well is dry so we truck in 1,000 gallons of water a week. Please conserve water as much as possible so we do not run out.
*Cleaning: if you plan to check out on Christmas day, Thanksgiving day, or Easter day, the cleaning fee will be 1.5x its typical amount. This will be charged after booking.
