Wedding Weekend
My daughter eloped in Breckinridge. This house was the perfect house for our family during our stay. We loved that each room had an en-suite bathroom and enough space for our crew. Amanda checked in to make sure we had everything we needed! We will definitely be back!

Perfect for our group
This house worked great for everyone in our group to have their own bedroom and bath. We enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and pool table! The location was convenient for the skiers in the group. We will be coming back!

Spring Break Ski Trip
Had 3 families with varying ski levels taking a SB ski trip. House was great; tons of room and loved kitchen. Location was great to allow for people to easily go back to house if needed from slopes. Will definitely be coming back.

Great House for Ski Vacation
We had a great stay at Chalet Chloe. It was perfect for our group of 3 families. 6 adults and 7 children fit nicely with their own space and plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen was very nicely outfitted, making for an easy time cooking and hanging out. We even had a chef come and cook for our group while there. The location to Peak 8 was also perfect! No time wasted getting to and from the slopes. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful Home. Perfect Location
Our group had a wonderful time at Chalet Chloe. We enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, pool table and huge kitchen. It was fun to have our meals and games together at the big table. Easy walk to ski bus, just down the street. Owner was very responsive and friendly. We are already planning to return next year!

Great Family Gathering!
We had 11 adults and 2 small children. Kitchen and dining were perfect for cooking and dining our big family. 2 dishwashers a big plus; stove /oven great. Last shuttle stop so close made it easy for different ski schedules. Enjoyed hot tub, sauna, pool table and puzzles. You will have a great time!

Mountain retreat
Our staff gets away once a year to play and get some work done. This was a perfect spot to land!! The property had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the beauty of Breck. From comfortable clean rooms and a stocked kitchen, and relaxing in the hot tub we had a great stay.

Really enjoyable place to stay!
The house was great for our large group, plenty of space to hang out together, and individual bedrooms and bathrooms when you wanted your privacy. We appreciated how functional the house was, mud room/large entry and tons of space for all our ski equipment, and large kitchen with hot tub right off the main level. Easy walk to the bus route that took you quickly to the mountain. We would definitley stay here again!

Perfect for 3 family ski trip
Stayed here with two other families (3 families of 4 all together). The set-up was perfect for the 6 adults and 6 kids, the kids loved the bunkroom. Very prompt communication from the owner when we had questions. The location was very close to the bus line that takes you directly to the Peak 7 or 8 bases, easy to get to the slopes.

Great get away in Breckenridge
Wonderful property. Great for family events or even multiple families. Parking more than 3 cars might become an issue, but 3 cars is not a problem at all. Close to town, and in a quite area. The property has everything you need whether you want to eat out or eat in. I've stayed in a number of properties around Colorado, and this is a great one.

Amazing Stay
Amanda provided very helpful information in regards to the property and the nearby town. We ended up having an early Thanksgiving and there was a huge dining room where everyone could sit and huge kitchen where everyone could participate in all things cooking. The house was everything we could’ve needed in a long weekend in the mountains. Thank you!

This house fit to a T of what we needed for a larger group to come stay in Breck. The management of the house was fantastic, great communication, etc. The house is walking distance from a bus stop both to town and to Peak 7/8 access. This house is more so made for groups of singles/large families as their are a lot of twin beds, which definitely sufficed our needs. I would highly recommend staying here again and our family definitely would love to stay with them again. Cheers.

Perfect House for a Large Group/Family
My family and I had the most wonderful ski vacation at this home. We had 3 adult couples with 5 children under 8, and everyone loved the house. The location is less than a half mile walk to the Peak 8 base which made it incredibly convenient to get into town via the Gondola for times when we didn’t have a vehicle. The house was very well appointed and thoughtfully laid out. The garage and lower level provided plenty of space and storage for all of our skis and gear. Our 5 kids had a blast sleeping together in the big bunk room on that level as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and it was great to have multiple seating areas for everyone to relax. The hot tub and sauna were very clean and the perfect place to warm up after a day on the slopes! There was even a beautiful artificial Christmas tree waiting for us in the living room! The owner was very communicative throughout the process and made everything very easy for us. I highly recommend this house and will definitely be booking it again for our next trip to Breckenridge!

Beautiful spacious home!
We recently escaped the Texas heat in beautiful Breckenridge Colorado. Our family ranges in age from 9 months to 64 years and we all enjoyed our stay. Our 5 children and their families joined us and though a large group we didn't feel crowded. The arrangement of the house gave everyone plenty of together time when we wanted and also space to give napping children quiet time. The extra large kitchen is the best feature and we had plenty of room to cook and visit. Gondola a quick walk from the house and easy back and forth to Main street. Bus stop another short walk and easy access. Grocery store 1.5 miles away and very nice. Plenty of activities to choose from.....fly fishing, rafting, biking, all available and easy to arrange. Home was very comfortable, clean, met all of our expectations. Thanks James for a lovely few days in the much cooler Colorado summer.

Great Week in Breck
We had a wonderful week at Chalet Chloe! It was a celebration of both a 50th birthday as well as a leap year birthday (72 years young but 18 according to leap year count!). The home was very accommodating to our group of 13 which included 4 young children. Plenty of room to accommodate all of us. James and Amanda were very responsive to a few issues we had (ice maker and carbon monoxide alarm). Beds were very comfortable, enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen, and most of all the proximity to lifts at Peak 8. If there was one thing I would improve it would be the sofas in the great room. They are not comfortable ( kind of worn down) and need to be replaced. Other than that, I would highly recommend this lovely home. It made our week in Breck quite enjoyable!!

Annual Guys Ski Trip
We had a group of 11 and everyone got a bed to themselves. The kitchen is fully equipped for everything we needed, and group dinners were great at the long dining room table. The Sauna and hot tub were great on the stormy day we opted to take off. The garage is great for parking 1 car, storing more supplies on racks and a second refrigerator. It also has racks to hang all your skis and poles. The boot room was ideal for putting on/taking off ski boots and storing your ski-gear and jacket. Loads of benches allowed everyone to get ready to depart at the same time. A short walk down the driveway and up the street to the Free Shuttle, brought us one stop up to Peak 7 and 8 to start the day. It was great to hop on at the end of the day, just one stop and home. We used the pool room a number of times and the laundry was really convenient as well. The homeowners are great and very responsive. I texted with Amanda at Check-in, during the stay, and check-out. Trash Day was Tuesday during a snow storm and we worked together to make sure the barrels were out and back. A large tractor was brought in to clear the driveway as well. We had a smoke detector chirping one night and the grill lighter was dead and they were addressed that day while we were out skiing. This is a great home provided by wonderful owners. It was a homerun for us. Thank you!
