New Luxury 2Bedroom on Upper Floor Ski In/Ski Out in Breckenridge

This beautiful 2-bedroom, fully furnished apartment is surrounded by the mountains at Crystal Peak Lodge. The ultimate Breckenridge vacation getaway sleeps 6(plus have air mattress for 7)with true ski in/ski out access. Located at the base of Peak 7, steps away from the Independence 6 person chair high speed lift. Step out the front door and the Breck-Connect gondola will take you on a short ride to Peak 8 or all the way to the beautiful town of Breckenridge (this is a free service). Convenience is a promise here.

The condo is 1260 square feet, on the top floor with high vaulted ceilings. It has 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 large baths, a full kitchen with all appliances, a washer and dryer and all the comforts of home. Spectacular views from the every room and a deck with views of the continental divide.

This property requires extra lodging taxes of 3.27% which will be paid directly to owner which will be calculated on each rental agreement

Rental includes: Heated garage parking, 1 private ski locker, ski rental and lift tickets available on site, just downstairs from the condo. Gourmet kitchen, granite counter tops, 3 flat screen TVs, DVD player, free wifi, pull out sofa in the living room.

This apartment has full use of all One Ski Hill place amenities which include:

-Free shuttle bus service to town with Breck connect right outside
-Free gondola service
-Private bowling alley
-Private movie theater
-Swimming pools and spas
-Fitness Center with steam shower
As our guests of Crystal Peak Lodge, the facilities of our sister lodges are also free for your use so in addtion to One Ski Hill Place, just 500 yards by gondola or walking, enjoy the indoor pool complex with a dry sauna, the theater rooms or the bowling alley; there is, Mountain Thunder Lodge, at the bottom of the gondola, offers a year ‘round heated OUTDOOR swimming pool and a heated pool house for an easy change of clothes.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the location of the property. Easy to take the shuttle into town and it’s also a nice walk into town. We enjoyed the bowling alley, pool table and hot tub.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this well appointed condo. It was just as pictured. The location was so convenient. We just walked out the locker room a few steps to the lift. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

If you love to ski, pack your bags and this is the place to stay. Hosts are gracious. Accommodations were clean. Building is right off chair lift. We had a wonderful stay here and would stay again.

Yaiza is a quiet town perfect for touring the island yet peaceful and comfortable. Pool lovely and warm and perfect for a swim after a day walking in the hills and coast.Good restaurants nearby in Yaiza,El Golfo and La Quemada make for variety.

It was nice to have the locker at the hill. The ski in-ski out were very convenient. We wish the gondolas ran until 10 p.m. so it was easier to enjoy the downtown at night.

Great place with a beautiful view!
This unit was amazing, was not too far off of the main lobby so it was quick getting in and out and getting to the parking garage if you needed to run down for something. We used all the amenities and it all lived up to our expectations. We took full advantage of the shuttle service and never had to wait more than 10 minutes on a ride. I didn’t see a hot tub listed in the amenities but there is one on the property!

Great spot at the base of Peak 7!
Had a fantastic stay at this great Crystal Peak condo! Fantastic ski-in ski-out location at the Base of Peak 7 with the Independence Super Chair lift and the Gondola right out the front door. Resort shuttle was a fabulous resource for getting around town (especially with three kids in tow!). Property was well-equipped and had a gorgeous view of the Continental Divide. Owner was super-helpful with recommendations and tips about staying in Breck. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo
Condo is very nice and quiet. Kitchen is more spacious than other places we’ve rented. The owner is very involved and super helpful. There are lockers that store you stuff with a door directly to outside and right next to a Breck ski rental place. I’m not sure the Gandola for the ski slopes could be any closer without touching the building. There is a separate Gandola on the other side of the building that takes you to downtown or over to Peak 8 at no charge. Just an awesome place.

There were some glitches at the begining of our stay but the owner was very apologetic and responsive. He was very helpful. The unit itself is wonderful and the views just beautiful. I would suggest having a notebook with instructions on how to operate TV's etc. That would be helpful.

Ski in ski out at its best
This is exactly what we envisioned! Get geared up in the ski locker room and walk out the door just steps away from Independence Chair leading to endless corduroy cruisers. Finish your day off in the hot tub and wave to the day trippers lugging their equipment to the gondola. Peak 8 is a quick gondola(also just steps away) stop or walk to pick up your pre bought lift tickets and breakfast. Rental equipment available steps from the ski lockers. The gondola can also bring you into town for apres fun. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. Parking is simple in the indoor first floor garage. This is as easy as it gets at one of North America's top resorts. We do hope to return only next time we will stay longer!

Perfect place for a getaway!
This was the perfect place for my wife and I to get away. The property was clean and in excellent condition with everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. There was a great view from the balcony which was great to wake up to every morning. The heated garage was a welcome feature as well. We also enjoyed some of the resort amenities, and it was super helpful having a full kitchen and washer/dryer to use during our stay. We also really liked exploring the town of Breckenridge, and the nearby City Market helped make sure we could very conveniently get anything we needed during our stay. The host provided some helpful tips and suggestions. If you plan to explore other areas make sure to account for drive time. We spent days in Rocky Mountain National Park and Colorado Springs which are each 2+ hours drive away. Colorado is a beautiful state, and we are so happy to have spent a few days there. Many thanks to the host for opening up his home for us to have such a wonderful place to stay.

Breck Mountain Paradise
Stop your search!! This place was the absolute BEST combination beauty and efficiency!!! A little slice of Colorado heaven!!!! The beauty of Breckenridge is a given but staying here just made our trip better than we ever could have hoped for!! Perfectly clean and up to date spacious accommodations complete with a spectacular mountain view off the balcony with sun pouring in on any Blue Bird day!!! And it doesn’t stop there—- this place is so unbelievably CONVENIENT!!!! Heated garage, free shuttle to town, an elevator steps from your door to take you out to the slopes, down to the giant circular hot tub or to the lovely lobby that has plush and stylish furniture overlooking the slopes!! You can rent out a movie theater and or bowling alley—— or just chill in the condo in front of the fire! Honestly—— an amazing mountain find with owners as attentive as the views are breathtaking!!! Enjoy!!!! You will love this spot!!!!

WONDERFUL AND NOW SPOILED!!!
My family of four just got back from Breck and of all the times we have visited, this is the most wonderful spot to stay and ski the mountain. The condo is very updated, comfortable and is all you would want in a luxury condo. The hot tubs are large and just outside - the first night a curious fox came up to the fence to see what we were doing. We literally woke up, went down the elevator, stepped off and across the hall into the ski rental store. We got our equipment, got our lift pass, which is inside the store as well, walked out the door and on the lift - EASY!! We are not beginner skiers so Peak 7 is great. Peak 8 & 9 tend to get overloaded with beginners and long lift lines however if you want to get there quickly, the gondola will pick you up and you're there in two minutes. Ross is a great owner and responded quickly to my questions. We are simply SPOILED and I don't think I'll stay anywhere else next time.

Beautiful View of Sunrise from Balcony!
Crystal Peak property is very nice and accommodating. Their shuttle from property to Breckenridge Main Street was convenient, especially since there are parking meters to pay, along every street, to parallel park at on Main Street. We were there in September 2022 and the Gondala was shut down, so we were disappointed we didn’t get to ride that. Enjoyed seeing the beautiful mountains!!

This property was booked in "shoulder season", not too busy yet, town not overly crowded, property clean, convenient, had the hot tub to ourselves. Fitness center is very nice, hiking available right out the door. Owner wrote of several fav hikes, shops in town. Restful stay.
