Disappointed
Sounded very fun on the website but it is an older property that does not really have any amenities. It is hard to communicate with the property owners. The check in and out process is confusing. The property overlooks totally closed in back yard. There is no view from this apartment. All the little amenities are just not there.

Cozy condo needing some updates
Overall we enjoyed our stay at this condo. The size is large and provides all the basics. There were a couple of issues regarding broken items in the room (closet door, heater) but nothing that directly effected our stay. Did however make management aware. Location is a big plus. Now, Beaver Run as a whole, is a dated property and requires a revamp. There is lots of walking since it's such a large property. Be prepared for that. We enjoyed the arcade and hot tubs. Ski lockers are convenient. The little shop in property, though expensive, actually had decent food/ice cream. I wish the condo it's self offered a little more in terms of amenities. A few board games or something would be nice. Also, for the love of GOD please update you're check in/out information. The wifi information provided is incorrect. And upon check out it says to take your trash to "one of the many trash receptacles around the property". We saw 0 so had to call the front desk to see what to do. We were told that information is from the 80s and to just leave it in the room. *also, our flight was getting in early before check-in. The property management said they wouldn't be able to hold our bags beforehand. However i called Beaver Run directly and they will gladly hold your bags, before your room is ready, free of charge. Summit definitely should have mentioned this. Only looking for money money for early check-in.

Nice resort
We stayed for 5 nights with 4 adults and 2 children. We were given 1 washcloth a piece for the entire week. When I called to get more I was told I would need to wash the ones I had in a laundromat. There is also no trash pick up for this unit. I would stay at Beaver Run again-great amenities and access to the slopes-but not at a privately owned unit. There isn’t the same level of service and it’s not any cheaper

Space is nice-not updated
I have stayed in many condos at BR. This one was older, less updated, and could use some TLC. The views are spectacular, the check in and communication with property management was very delayed. If you have an early check- in make sure you have proof. Overall, a basic spot but there are way nicer ones for the same price.

Great place in middle of neat town
This was our first trip to Breckenridge. Enjoyed the onsite restaurant and spa. Town was funky with fun vibe and awesome tacos at Rita’s. Had a wonderful hike nearby- sooooo many places to explore nearby. Condo was super comfy and convenient to everything the town had to offer. Most importantly the booking agent was super helpful when we had a mixup on our reservation. Very grateful for their patience and accountability modation. Would definitely go back.

Great place but free ridiculous
The condo and all the people at the resort were great. But the fees we didn’t know about were more than the cost of out 2 nights stay. And fees and times that we were told and given by summit management were different than resort on numerous occasions. The time differences weren’t that big of a deal just made us have to double check everything. Overall it was a great trip but, paid more than double what was expected so that’s sad and will think twice before going through vrbo and/or summit management again.

Great location + Awesome Amenities for kids
We had a great time staying at Beaver Run. We've been coming to Beaver Run for about 10 years now. My 3 year old loved the arcade and pool. My 10 month old loved that the pool was heated! Great location to Main Street. You can easily walk it, but my kiddos loved the shuttle option to town! Would definitely stay at this unit again!!

There weren’t enough characters to explain all of my complaints, so I will just say there are probably many better options available in Breckinridge for the money. I would also suggest not eating on the property. Much higher quality food for half the price can be found just about anywhere else in and around town. Also don’t waste your money on the arcade, most of the machines don’t work but still take money off the card.

Was not what we expected
This property was disappointing for several reasons: First, the location was not ideal. Although the property is located in Beaven Run you must haul your ski equipment down the elevator, down a set of steps, across the street, through the main lobby, through another lobby and finally make it to a slope area. There are plenty of other properties more conveniently located “walk out” to ski slopes for your consideration. In addition to this, this unit is in building 1 and the closest laundry room is in building 4.. no one is going to want to haul their laundry from building to building. Other resorts in the area offer laundry on each floor of each building. Second, the unit is sparsely stocked with things you will need. We had only a couple towels to use for showers and you have to schedule a towel refresh mid trip. We had to reuse towels for days at a time. When housekeeping came for towel refresh they were very rude. We had a difficult time cooking anything in the unit due to the lack of items needed in a stocked kitchen. I.E. Didn’t have a pizza cutter for frozen pizza so we had to cut at it with a knife. Third, the unit needs some attention. There is a broken window in the master bedroom which causes the window pane to completely freeze shut with ice on the inside. Then when it melts throughout the day it leaks all over the window ledge. We learned this the hard way when it ruined an electronic device we had sitting there. The blinds in the living room wouldn’t remain closed. The decor overall is dated. Finally, the management company is really the worst of the worst. They are rude and not helpful in any way. The icing on the cake was when we had to check out at 10:00am instead of 11:00am like all the other families we were traveling with and when we asked for a late checkout they adamantly refused.. not even 15 mins as we were scrambling trying to get trash taken etc. When I told her it would be difficult to be out at 10:00 she informed me that housekeeping would be there right at 10:00am and if we were not out then the police would be called and we would be removed. We are owners of 4 STR properties in vacation communities and I always try to accommodate people with this kind of request. We were not asking for a significant extension.. just enough of one that we felt like we could get all the tasks completed (15 mins would have done it). They were rude, condescending and not worth the management fee they are billing owners.

Ski in ski out So Easy!
The property was as advertised with pics accurate. Place was comfortable and very easy to get onto and off of slopes - this unit is far from the ski lockers but not an issue. Aside from the huge numbers of college students on group trip, which made it nearly impossible to get a hot tub, the property was perfect for a family ski trip with 2 college age kids. We recommend.

Great location for skiing
Overall, Beaver Run was a nice place to stay, very convenient for skiing at Breckenridge. However, the property management is confusing because the resort itself does not have anything to do with the unit. Furthermore, there was trash and food behind furniture, a window is cracked, the toaster is broken and, most importantly for our family, the tv does not connect to wifi so it is not "smart".
