The Space:
With so much nearby to explore, Snowflake Sanctuary is your home base for enjoying cozy, leisure time between the many memories this trip promises to make.

The home itself is designed to feel like your own personal ski lodge with inviting furnishings and natural wood and stone textures. An open concept area welcomes you in with space for lounging on the couches, playing board games around the coffee table, enjoying movie nights with the gas fireplace burning, and sharing homemade meals at the formal dining area or casual breakfast bar. Whether you’re making a full breakfast before hitting the slopes or a quick bite before heading downtown, your kitchen is fully equipped with all the standard appliances, a toaster, and coffee machine for your use and convenience.

Through the living room you can access the covered balcony facing the nearby stream with even more space to relax, visit, eat, and be merry.

This home sleeps a maximum of 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a sleeping sofa in the living area.

Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower. 
Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and tv.
Bedroom #3 has a tv and two sets of bunk beds. The first set has a twin size top bunk over a queen size lower bunk, with an additional queen size trundle. The second set has a twin size top bunk, lower bunk, and trundle bed. 

THINGS TO NOTE:
The home has 2 additional full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a shower/tub combo. 
A sleeper sofa is provided in the living area. 
Washer and dryer available onsite. 
A parking pass will be provided for 1 car.

This fully updated condo is located in the Riverbend Lodge of Breckenridge, giving you access to amenities including indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a cedar sauna, steam room, fitness center, and outdoor grill and BBQ space.

In addition to catching a convenient ride on the Snowflake Lift or stepping out your door and onto Snowflake Trail, be sure to take advantage of the free town shuttle that stops 50 yards away and runs into town.
Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Other Things to Note:
This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
