You absolutely cannot beat the location! Literally a one minute walk to QuickSilver lift across the street at base of Peak 9 (Maggie Pond) and steps to Main Street, Historic Downtown Breckenridge! Far, Far better than ski in/ski out. You absolutely do not have to get into your vehicle once you arrive - walk to lift, restaurants, bars/Pubs, clubs, shops, etc.!

The complex has common/shared Hot-Tub Jacuzzi, Laundry Facilities, Free Heated Garage Parking. It is not only steps to all restaurants, shops, pubs, etc., but is also steps to the lift, which is right across the street, less than a minute walk!. There are also two equipment rental shops ground floor. They provide skis and board rentals in winter and bicycle rentals in summer. Great Place/Perfect Location
As advertised. Worked great for wife and I plus 2 teens. Can’t beat the location! Everything we wanted to do was an easy 5-10 minute walk or less. Peak 9 base for skiing, shopping on Main, and many great places to eat.

Great location, walk to it all!
My husband and I came to Breckenridge for our “baby moon” and stayed here! We had a great time and the location made everything so easy. We could walk to all the restaurants and shops on the main strip. There was a coffee shop just a few steps away which was really nice to start the mornings. The apartment was cozy, clean and quiet. I would recommend staying here and if we come back to Breckinridge we will stay here again.

Location was excellent! Everything was within walking distance. Did not need a vehicle but if we had the garage and access with elevator is nice and easy. The unit is well supplied with everything needed.

Short walk across the street to the lift - easy in ski boots. Mexican restaurant on first floor has a great happy hour. We enjoyed having an underground parking spot right in the heart of Breckenridge - condo is updated and very comfortable includes everything you need!

This VRBO is perfectly located to enjoy the slopes and the town of Breck. It was amazing to have access to the parking garage through the afternoon on our day of checkout. Perfect for 2-3 people. Note that there is no ski locker - we kept our skis in the car. The kitchen is perfect for breakfast or heating up a quick meal but not equipped for much beyond the basics. That's ok - there are so many restaurants in easy walking distance. Loved this place and will be back!

Best Location in Breck!
If there is a better in-town location in Breckenridge, I'd be surprised. Main Street is just out the door. You could easily park your car once (in the super-convenient garage) and not need it for days! So much to do right outside the door. All of the shopping and restaurants are seconds away. Great view out the back door as well. Highly recommend.
