We had a lovely time during our stay in Breckinridge. The cabin was perfect. Beautiful setting, great location and the amenities that were included made our stay very comfortable.
Terrific, quiet neighborhood, minutes away from world-class dining in Breckenridge town, and 30 minutes from: Breckenridge Mountain, Copper Mountain, and Arapahoe Basin. Clean, cozy place with all of the amenities you need. Looking forward to staying again!
The cabin was a great place to take our son & 3 children. We love the area, with lots of activities for adults & kids. The cabin was well supplied and clean. It was a memorable week for our family. Thank you!
Two dads who have been friends since high school each brought our whole families here to catch up on vacation. So 4 adults, 4 kids ages 2-8, and we had trundle beds to spare. Easy groceries and great restaurants nearby. Had a great time at parks, hiking, and the lake.
Excellent property. All you needed for meals and comfy accommodations. The great room and fireplace wonderful. Close to Airport parking lot for gondola shuttle. Would def stay again. While we only prepared breakfast on site it had everything you need to cook up a meal.
This cabin was absolutely perfect for our two families (4 adults and 3 little girls). The cabin was super clean, well stocked with more than enough linens and towels, and the kitchen had everything we needed (and more!) to make meals at home. There was even a box of hot chocolate which our girls very much appreciated! The location was amazing; very close to Breckenridge and Frisco but out of the busyness of the downtowns. The driveway also made for the perfect slidding hill!
The Kozy Cabin is very comfortable, well furnished and in a great location. The peace and quiet of lounging on the big wrap around deck is superb.
FYI the bifold closet door in the downstairs bedroom needs to be adjusted so it stays in the track.
We loved it ! We are Floridians so this was our first December with snow . There was plenty of beds and linen. House was equipped. The views were beautiful . Hope to continue the tradition every year !
We enjoyed our stay here and especially enjoyed the hot tub. The house was plenty large for our group of 7 to spread out. Our only complaint were the beds and pillows. Unfortunately they weren’t comfortable. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!
My wife and I needed a getaway for just the two of us. The cabin was perfect. Hot tub and fireplace made the stay absolutely beautiful. The cabin was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We stopped at the grocery store and picked some really nice food for a romantic time. There was plenty of room for the whole family, next time. I plan to go back soon!
This property was in the woods, very quiet peaceful expensive property at a very reasonable price. Plenty of room great for family and kids. The property managers are very responsive and on a scale of 1 to 10, I give them a 10 plus. My one and only complaint is the broken window in the basement, which caused a slight security concern. Other than that fantastic stay.
Great cabin for our family of four! We have a 10yo & 1yo. The downstairs TV room was perfect for the 10yo & the wrap around deck with no stairs was perfect for the 1yo. We enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen had all utensils & a lot of the extras needed for cooking (spices, cooking oil, cooking spray, etc.). Kitchen also had coffee even though we brought our own. We highly recommend this cabin for the summer & hope to return in the v bc winter months to experience Breckenridge with snow. Thanks for a clean & well kept cabin!
We had a perfect, snow-filled Spring Break! The cabin is super cute and very spacious. We did not use the wood stove or hot tub, but there appeared to be plenty of firewood and kindling. The kitchen was very well-equipped, both with cookware and pantry staples. My husband and I enjoyed happy hour on the deck, from which we could see the children playing in the living room. The location is up a mountain a bit, and the drive up and down was breathtaking, although a little scarier after a snow. It's not far from the Breckenridge Nordic center, which was a weirdly magical place. The Runway sledding hill had sleds available to borrow. We noticed one small issue with the cabin that we said was not urgent, but it was fixed within an hour or two and with no intrusion. We would definitely come back, hopefully with a bigger group!
Upon arrival there were a few things that we found con's and not listed in the overview such as no ac at all(not even unit) which is kind of ok because we just left the windows open and let the cool mountain air in. The jacuzzi is not very private like missing one of the walls that are shown in the picture type of not private. One of the shelves in the island cabinets was literally teetering on the top of other pots and pans so we tried to avoid cabinet all together. Lastly the trash from previous tenants was still in trash cans so had the garage kind of smelly when we first went in.
However with all that said the house and the property is very convienant and beautiful and we even had a couple of days were some moose came up and visited. Would definitely consider renting again in the future.
