Perfect location
This condo is perfectly located just a short stroll into the historic Main Street. It was clean and had everything we needed for our week long stay, including a well supplied kitchen and hot tub. I highly recommend staying here. This may be a condo-wide issue but the shower temperature was often mild, only 2/7 of my showers were hot. Wouldn’t deter us staying again though.

This condo is very clean, nicely spaced and easy to find. Communication with owner was on point. The hot tub was great after shredding Breck all day. I would stay there again.

Everything was great here! From checking in, we got the wrong time and were early. They still gave us our keys and pack and said they would call when it was ready. It was clean and perfect for us when we were go go go and there mostly to sleep. Would definitely stay again if we return!

Good Location
The condo was within walking distance of town. Easy to get to. There was no view from the ground floor condo. Very nice to have assigned parking spaces. The condo was clean. It was lacking some basic amenities. It would be nice to have some laundry basics and some pantry basics.

Adequate snowboard getaway!
The layout of the condo was great. Had plenty of space to relax. The hot tub was a nice perk. The bed was very comfortable and the property had plenty of extra linens. The washer and dryer was a nice surprise and much appreciated. The kitchen could have used a few extras and some new cookware. Otherwise everything was great! Would return for future stays. Communication with owner was excellent. Thanks for letting us enjoy your place.

Fair at best
The description of the pictures claimed a king bed, but to our surprise there was a very uncomfortable queen. The hike to the slopes was long, and the very, very tiny TV didn't even have basic cable. On a positive note, it was nice to have a private jacuzzi.

Great Spot For A Couple in Breckenridge
We stayed for 5 nights as a couple in our late 20's and we had a fantastic time! We were pleasantly surprised that the condo was a little more updated than the listed pictures show; there was a brand new sectional couch in the living room that was super comfortable. Condo also had everything we needed for our stay other than our luggage. Communication with the host definitely could've been better however...numerous messages went unanswered about our stay until about a hour before we arrived to Breck. Also didn't have anything to say as we checked out. Just felt a little insincere honestly. Also we saw a previous review that said the bedroom window didn't lock and that was still the case in our stay. Breck felt very safe but not the best feeling in the world when feedback has been given about safety and then nothing was done about it when we were there. Other than that, we had a great time overall.

Close but no cigar
we Were told to check in early but the property wasn’t ready. We came back at the listed check in time and were told to come back at 4. When we finally got to the property. There were pubes in the shower, no parking space, hot tub ice cold and dirty and no cleaning supplies to clean anything (even dish soap). We called multiple times each day to ask what their policy was on check out/ late checkout/ extend a day also about the other issues. Not one phone call was answered or returned. The property manager answered through the app but we received no answers to our questions or compensation. He did apologize for the lack of customer service we received which was nice. Overall the customer service is what killed it for us.

Great stay at the Condo!
We had a great stay at the condo. The location was great and the price was right too! The private hot tub was especially nice after hitting the slopes. So many of the places I looked at didn't have private hot tubs and with all public ones being closed due to COVID-19 it was an added bonus. The check in and check out process was super easy. The location was an easy walk to the downtown area for shopping. I wished that there would have been directions/map on how to walk to the slopes in the welcome packet. I know we all have google maps but that doesn't always do the trick... and didn't want to waste time walking or getting lost in ski gear. We ended up driving, but I think there may have been a better way or shortcut. It was just me and my two teenage kids and having the second full bathroom with laundry was a definite plus. My daughter and I shared the King bedroom and my son slept on the pull-out couch. I don’t know if 2 adults would be comfortable on the couch but man-sized my 14 year-old didn’t have any complaints. We also enjoyed having a fire with the flick of a switch! We would turn it on in the morning while getting ready and again at the end of the day. There are no majestic mountain views but we didn't mind and the pictures accurately represent the space. The kitchen/cookware needs refreshment and a few other items which I'll email the property manager regarding. We were still able to cook a few meals which was nice because the restaurants are extremely limited at this time. I would recommend this unit and stay here again. If you're looking for a place to rest at the end of a day on the slopes with a private hot tub, great location, and reasonably priced then this book this condo.

Location is great, its walking distance to all downtown without the hassle of being downtown. Parked the car at the assigned garage, all easy. I would say this is best for 2 adults and 2 kids max

Great Location & Nice Condo
The condo met all of our needs. It was well equipped (except there was no oven mitt). It was clean and comfortable. The location was great! Restaurants and shopping were within walking distance and great hikes were not far away. The communication with the property manager was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

Birthday get away
This property was perfect. It was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was a perfect ending to each day. The couch was very comfortable and a perfect place to lounge after an active day. TV’s and all appliances worked well and the boxed fan was an added bonus since it was a little warmer than expected. My only small complaint was that the lock on the bedroom window was broken. Would definitely stay here again.
