Even better, it’s just two blocks from Breck’s Main Street, and the shuttle bus stop to the slopes is right across the street. With nice updates throughout, this home offers the best of “old” and “new” Breckenridge. You, your family and friends and family are going to love Gold Flake Cottage!

This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Victorian style premium home is a perfect getaway for families or groups of up to 10. You’ll love the patio area with your own private hot tub. The living area is cozy with comfortable furnishings and a big flat-screen TV. The large windows let natural light flood the space, and the open concept of the main level flows into the dining room and kitchen.

And speaking of the kitchen: It’s a chef’s delight with granite counters and nice appliances, including a gas range. There’s everything you need to keep the troops fed and happy during your Rocky Mountain adventure! You can even barbeque on the gas grill on the patio. Other amenities include a washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, the home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

A true mountain gem, a short troll to Main St

This house is in the heart of the historic district, steps away from all the shops, the main park by the creek, and across the street from the bus stop. The house had plenty of room for our family of four. We really enjoyed the hot tub outside. For parents with young kids - check out for gear rentals. We ordered a pack and play and sound machine through them. It was super easy. We’d love to stay here again next summer.

The house is very comfortable and surprised to have 3 bathrooms along with 3 bedrooms. The small yard is great to sit out and enjoy the morning sunshine or late day shade. The fire pit listed on the amenities is not functional so has become a table. We were hoping to enjoy the fire pit. The inside fireplace is not working, would like to see it going by fall.

Perfect Location
Great location, perfect weather, easy walk to everything. Short drive to county boy mine and snowmobiling. There is just one parking space as advertised and there is no overnight parking near the place so we had to park one car in the parking lot about a 5-7 minute drive to the edge of Breckenridge.

Hot tub and location were excellent, short walk to many good eats and coffee on main street. common areas were very roomy. 1 star off as it needs an improved Hot water heater, but after that itll be a perfect place to stay

Cozy house in great location
This was a cozy house with nice indoor and outdoor fireplaces and a hot tub. Perfect location, 1 block from downtown and great view of the Breckendridge runs. House was clean and all the amenities worked. If traveling with a larger group, the hot water heater runs out of hot water pretty quickly, and there was no garbage pickup during our 9 day stay which resulted in some overflow. Would stay again!

House is very cute. Modern upgrades (kitchen/baths), but still an old house. Location is great. Hot tub was not hot the night of our arrival, but was warm by the next morning. Beds were comfortable with plenty of extra blankets, etc. well stocked kitchen.

Great location/problems with management
This was a great location for Breckenridge easy walking distance to everything. We had trouble On our late check-in There is no combination code for the door of our house and it was dark outside so I had to call the management company to figure that out. Then we had a smoke alarm that was beeping that they could not make it stop without taking it out of the house. But the most important thing is, I left a very expensive clothing item there by accident and when I called to have them find it for me nobody seem to care very much and I talk to two different people. All I got was a phone call back that said that they did not find it. I know I left it there so I’m disappointed about that

Lovely, well kept, and so close to shopping/dining!
We loved this house! An amazing location with lots of room and well stocked. The rooms were very comfortable and plenty of space. The living area was gorgeous! Kitchen was well appointed and useful. The hot tub was amazing! Dining and shopping were steps away and the grocery was just 2 blocks away. I would love to come back! Highly recommend!!!
