This pet-friendly retreat is in an ideal location for your skiing, hiking, and other outdoor adventures with multiple trails and ski resorts nearby, all while being within short driving distance of downtown Breckenridge and the beautiful town of Frisco. This rental is a short drive to downhill and nordic skiing, snowshoe and hiking trails, fly-fishing, dog sledding, horseback riding, sleigh rides, golfing, bike trails, and more!

This home has a queen bed in the primary bedroom. There is additional accommodation for 2 with a king sleeper sofa in the living area, and two more can sleep on the futon in the nook - comfortably sleeping 6 people in total.

Parking Information:
For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

Colorado Traction Law:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. Plenty of space, beautiful views, and a very communicative host. We were moved at the last minute due to a pipe bursting and our host coordinated our re-booking for us. They were kind enough to offer three options, and I couldn’t be more pleased that we chose this one. Thanks!

Nice neighborhood but......... Never again.
If not for the excellent responsiveness of the property manager we would have abandoned our 19 day rental on day 2. There were no teaspoons and only one dinner spoon in the silverware drawer. New ones were delivered on day 2. Stove and oven are broken and inoperable. Try cooking for 2 weeks in countertop oven. A 2 burner hotplate was delivered on day 2. The kitchen sink faucet was broken and was replaced on day 3. The bathroom floor flooding shower curtain was replaced on day 2. The gas for the furnace was shut off so no heat. Kitchen has no place for food storage other than the top of the fridge. But there are 2 coffee makers on the countertop. Final straw was the critters in the wall behind the tv. We had enough. Left a week early. Owners attention to the condition of the property 0 stars. SkyRun responsiveness 5 stars. Tiger Run Resort ambiance 5 stars. Overall rating 2 stars.

Great little RV, tiny house cabins! The area is very nice, and the amenities also! The back yard is not fenced in, it has a fence along one side. It is pet freindly which we needed, I knew there would be some pet hair. But upon arriving there was dog hair everywhere, the cabin was clean everywhere else other then the couch and chairs and the floors. The cleaner just ran out of time to finish the clean, she was still there when we arrived! I texted the contact person and they took care of it immediately.

Very Dirty
This property was disgusting! It was very very dirty and needs some TLC!! There were holes in almost every screen, the floor hadn't been cleaned in a long time, lots of dog hair on the floor, on the furniture, on the bedding, and on the towels. Inside the bathroom toilets had stuff (s**t) stuck to the sides!!! Dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher. Someone had dropped an egg in the kitchen floor vent and it wasn't cleaned up. The rug in the kitchen area was filthy! The chalet also had an order of pet urine. The overall cleanliness of the property was totally unacceptable for the price that is charged. Very disappointed! Will not be back!
