From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

Wonderful stay at the perfect location
We had an amazing stay. The property is in a quiet area where kids can play outside without worry and even got to spot moose. There is a path to the ski slopes through the woods that is about 8 minutes walk, which was short enough that our kids (6, 8 and 9 yrs) could walk it in ski gear. We were there through mid April and the path stayed covered in snow the whole time, so kids often chose to walk on skis instead of carrying them because the path is about flat although pretty narrow. The home has a 2-car garage, which is a wonderful convenience. It snowed at least a bit on many of the nights we were there, so the garage saved us time in cleanup if we ever needed to drive. It also made it very easy to store all the ski gear, slides, and luggage we had. Not everything in the home is new, but many things are already updated and the home is very cozy. The home is pet friendly, so pet hair is present on some soft surfaces where 100% removal is next to impossible. Aside from that, the home is very clean. A lot of care is clearly taken to prep for the guests, with cute folding of towels and paper products in the bathrooms, and tall piles of extra towels stacked in the cabinets. We loved our stay and hope to be back again.

Location was good and allowed dogs which was great. The unit could use some updating though as it is weathered and outdated. The heating is not accurate but is an estimate with all the dials. The biggest issue was if you wanted hot water in the shower, the dial was turn so much that it would only trickle out. So showers were mildly warm to have enough pressure.

First time at Breckenridge
We go to Colorado every year, but this was the first time we decided to stay in Breckenridge. We thought we would try something a little different this year. My boys loved the mountain So let’s start with positives. We had a garage problem when we got there and the management company fixed it that day. Super quick response time. It’s a quick 10 minute walk to the lift through the woods and a shuttle every 15 minutes if you don’t want to walk. There was plenty of room for all 4 of us and our dog and having a garage was amazing! It was pretty cold the week we were there and having those little window seats to sit in and look outside was awesome. Plus a fireplace! Loved it. The negative, there’s not much. The top bunkbed did not have a mattress anyone would want to sleep on. It’s advertised as two queen beds but they are definitely not queen. I also agree with a couple of the other reviews, there were a few things that seem to be missing from the kitchen. We had to go grocery shopping for basics. Overall I think we would stay there again

Great location and property but...
Very nice property but missing some items that are expected and were annoyingly absent. Almost no seasonings or cooking essentials. We had to buy salt, oil, etc. No garage door opener. Garage narrow. We barely fit our two midsize cars. Living room TV was tiny.

Extremely convenient (<5 minute walk) to the base of Peak 9 via two separate trails leading from the parking lot. The "Warrior's Mark" trail leads directly to the snow ski school area and the "Columbine Trail" ends up at "The Village" (technically, only ending up ~50 yards from each other). There is also a bus stop ~30 yards away (Grey Route) that takes only a few minutes to get you to "The Village".

The condo was great! Had plenty of cooking-wear and great views! Just around the corner from the free bus shuttle to the slopes. Having a garage was a huge plus and helped keep all of our gear in one place. Communication with the property management was effective and they even let us check in a bit early! Overall would definitely come back!

Beautiful Breckenridge not a great condo
The appointments are inexpensive at best. The washer and dryer were nice .The kitchen, while it has all necessary equipment, is old. The place has probably not been painted in many years. The mattresses were not comfortable, the tv in the living room and the master were tiny. The spare bedroom had the best tv. Some windows were difficult to open and most had not been cleaned. One of the dining room chairs had a broken arm. It would have been nice to have a garage door opener. This could be a really good condo if some money was reinvested into it. We did enjoy the porch overlooking the river. Hiking paths were right outside the door which was wonderful. We rented this condo for a month but did not stay the entire time.

Property was exactly as advertised except it was unclear whether there was access to a hot tub. Turned out there was not. But the property allows pets and is in a great location for that. Close enough to walk to main street but tucked back enough off the main thorough fare to avoid the crowds. Very clean. Having a washer and dryer available was a plus.

We had a great stay at your condo. We and our dog enjoyed the trail to the ski area behind the house; the house is well equipped with everything you need. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Nice, short trail walk to the Quicksilver lift and an easy walk or bus ride back. Convenient to town and has all the things you need to enjoy your vacation.
