Paradise at Lift 103 is a spacious and cozy condo located within The Lift Condominiums within walking distance to ski lift, Maggie Pond and historic downtown Breckenridge where you will restaurants and shops galore! Take the free shuttle back to The Lift Condominiums.

The owner invites you to enjoy staying in this wonderful "home away from home" while exploring all of the grandeur that makes Breckenridge a premier ski and vacation resort.

This spacious 2 bedroom / 3 full bathroom condominium is 1,155 square feet and sleeps 10 guests comfortably. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed, and the guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a double size bed. There are 2 queen size pull-out sofa sleepers in the living room. The private balcony can be accessed from the living area and both bedrooms. There is an abundance of natural lighting that brightens up the condo while you stay. The well-appointed full kitchen is perfect for dining in and home-cooked meals. The large dining table seats six. The cozy living room is equipped with a gas fireplace, flat screen tv, and 2 queen size sofa sleepers.

Guests have full access to the Columbine Pool with heated pool and hot tubs. There is free covered parking with driveway for parking up to 2 vehicles. In addition, there is a community coin laundry facility onsite.

Things you should know:

1 - There is a No Smoking Policy which is strictly enforced by The Lift HOA. This includes any cigarette, vape and marijuana products.

2 - There is a No Pet Policy which is strictly enforced by The Lift HOA.

3 - Service Animals, as defined by Title II and Title III of the ADA, are allowed. The work or tasks performed by a Service Animal must be directly related to a guest staying at the property, and to that individual’s disability. Emotional Support, Comfort and Therapy animals are not Service Animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA, and are not permitted.

4 - As with many properties in Breckenridge, there is no A/C provided in the condo unit

5 - Stairs are required to access the condo unit

SKI Vacation March 2024
We absolutelyloved the place, everything was perfect and exactly like listed. Close to the base of peak 9 and to main street. The last day while walking to the slopes we ran into a Baby Moose, which make trip with a plus in sight seeing. We were not finding the bedding shhets for the sofa bed and Twilla was very quick to respond and send property manager. Will absolutely come back to the place.

Lovely Escape from City Life
This location captures the feeling of mountain town living. It was surrounded by activities for everyone ranging from a tourist to skier/hiker. The condo was clean and well prepared for guests. 10/10 would book again.

The location is amazing, literally a 5minute walk (with ski gear) to the village ski school or to the Quicksilver chair lift and less than 10mins to Main Street. The condo had everything we needed and was very well stocked, just wish there was better storage for the skis, but didn’t cause an issue. Laundry costs $1.75 per load and uses coins or online (although didn’t use the online version so can’t comment on that) We only had 2 issues, 1 we couldn’t figure out how to open the door on arrival (would help if we were inputting the code in the correct place) and 2. The fire place wasn’t working. Called the management team and they were awesome and sorted us out very quickly. I would definitely recommend this condo and we hope to be back soon.

Quality condo, prime leather seating feels like home
My husband and I (from FL) and two adult daughters/their partners from CO cities, booked this condo for a late Sept. weekend trip to enjoy the town, fall colors and a little hiking. The condo is furnished with extremely comfortable leather sofas, chairs and high-quality accent pillows, easy cable TV and a spacious wood table seating 6 for meals and board games. We walked to the lifts and Main St. but we also used the covered parking spot (will be tight for large SUVs) for this unit. Soft carpeting, plentiful baths, and comfy bedding (with little street or neighbor-above noise) made our stay inviting, as if in a friend's home! Gas fireplace provided an evening glow; dual balconies provided a view to the lot and wooded path, and the screens allowed us to open the sliding balcony doors without bugs. Large shampoos and washes in showers, lotions by bath sinks, are thoughtful touches (as well as nonskid shower mats). Aspen Alley trail is a quick drive, and Boreas Pass is a must-see if your car can take the bumps and dirt road to the top.
