The master bedroom offers a queen size bed, and the guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a double size bed. There are 2 queen size pull-out sofa sleepers in the living room. The private balcony can be accessed from the living area and both bedrooms. There is an abundance of natural lighting that brightens up the condo while you stay. The well-appointed full kitchen is perfect for dining in and home-cooked meals. The large dining table seats six. The cozy living room is equipped with a gas fireplace, flat screen tv, and 2 queen size sofa sleepers.
Guests have full access to the Columbine Pool with heated pool and hot tubs. There is free covered parking with driveway for parking up to 2 vehicles. In addition, there is a community coin laundry facility onsite.
Things you should know:
1 - There is a No Smoking Policy which is strictly enforced by The Lift HOA. This includes any cigarette, vape and marijuana products.
2 - There is a No Pet Policy which is strictly enforced by The Lift HOA.
3 - Service Animals, as defined by Title II and Title III of the ADA, are allowed. The work or tasks performed by a Service Animal must be directly related to a guest staying at the property, and to that individual’s disability. Emotional Support, Comfort and Therapy animals are not Service Animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA, and are not permitted.
4 - As with many properties in Breckenridge, there is no A/C provided in the condo unit
5 - Stairs are required to access the condo unit
