No heating. No sofa bed. No help. Had to move out.Good location. The worst thing is I didn't see the second review of the studio until after my trip. Owner told me that the fire had been working for last guests and cleaner had checked it was working before our trip!

said 2 beds only one . heat didn't work the whole stay, said they sent someone they didn't said hot-tub was down it wasn't . got lied to and they didn't want to do anything to make it right
