This 2 BD/1BA condo is perfect for groups or families looking to relax nearby downtown Breck. This basement level condo is spacious and gets plenty of light. Washer/dryer in unit. Recently updated bathroom that includes a shower. Elevator for accessibility.

The Neighborhood:
Known as Columbine Circle, the neighborhood is Breck's ideal location; within walking distance to Main Street and super easy access to public transportation as well!
Being in such a prime location, why not stroll down Breck’s main street this summer? You might find yourself stumbling into an art festival, discovering a beer fest, seeing homes built in the 1800s or enjoying local musicians playing outside as you take a scenic stroll. You will find tons of unique experiences in dining, shopping, and summer festivities. Make a reservation at The Dredge, the world's highest floating restaurant with access to walkways to enter from Adams or Jefferson Street - during the summer months you can even feed the ducks! If you have children in your group, you might consider looking into the Mountain Top Children's Museum where kids can find crafts, dress-up and building activities. While Breckenridge is great to explore year-round, there's certainly something wonderful about being able to explore all that it has to offer during the beautiful summer months! There are plenty of experiences in shopping, dining, and summer activities to satisfy your adventurous spirit. If you can't decide where to start, there is a scenic walking path alongside the Blue River that winds throughout town just start walking and you're bound to run into unique and exciting experiences!
Getting Around:
Located at the south end of Main Street so the entire town of Breckenridge is accessible by foot. Check out the “Breckenridge Free Ride,” a free bus with routes to the gondola and throughout downtown.
Uber is available in town as well.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
Please note that hot tub, recreation area with ping pong, foosball, pool table, and TV, as well as a workout room and steam room, with no set hours, though a key is needed outside of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
