Columbine 301 is a remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo has been and is the perfect choice for a family or group of up to six people. Plus, you’ll enjoy seasonal access to the Columbine Pool and Clubhouse which features indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a heated outdoor pool! The large, comfortable living room features a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV for a relaxing movie or catching the early morning powder report. Right off the living room is a fantastic deck for enjoying that morning coffee or an après-ski glass of wine. The completely remodeled and fully equipped kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, and there’s seating for six at the dining table.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, central coin laundry, parking for two vehicles, and a ski locker. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Great place and location
The condo is located in a great part of Breckenridge. So easy to walk to the Blue River trail. Nice and quiet while still very close to Main street. We would definitely stay here again

This condo is within walking distance to so many shops and restaurants on Main Street. The condo was very clean, has 2 beautiful decks, and a nice fireplace. We had everything we needed during our stay and highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful Location!
This property was EXACTLY as advertised. It is in a fantastic location for any activity. It was clean, spacious and well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything worked as expected. The electronic entry lock was exceptional as we never had to worry about carrying a strange key or card. The assigned parking space within the garage was a nice perk. I would love to stay here again either in the Summer or during ski season. Fantastic!

Fantastic Accommodations
The best place we have stayed in Breck! The layout was perfect for the family (2 adults, 2 teenagers). The location is excellent - close to lifts and Main Street. The complex is quiet and the beds were comfy. The property management group is attentive and quick to respond. We had an issue with the fireplace and they had it resolved in less than an hour. Definitely will stay here again!

Breckinridge condo
The condo was very nice and spacious. My son loved the window seat and the roof top deck. Upon our arrival, we found a dead squirrel on our covered patio. The office staff promptly came and removed it instead of sending housekeeping. The location was close to the downtown shops and restaurants. The beds were comfortable. We wished that there was an elevator to get our luggage up to the third floor. We wished that we had more control over the thermostat. The property did not advise us as to why they preferred us to keep the temperature between 65 and 68. Although I assume it was for energy conservation.

We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 kids under 12. The place was spacious and location was perfect for walking to the lift or out to dinner on Main St. Kitchen was well-equipped and shouldn't need any coffee filters for the next year😂. Great value! We will definitely book here again.

Booking was easy, location was as shown on the app and this was important to us as we had multiple families who wanted to stay in close proximity. As far as arrival goes, the directions pre-arrival were easy to follow, access was simple. Pre arrival communication was quick and easy. We arrived early in town and were able to communicate with the rental company to quickly get an early check in. Location was just as described on the provided map, and was convenient to the Quicksilver lift, Peak 9. It was a short walk, so ski lockers might be helpful. Also a quick easy walk to the Village. The condo itself is a bit dated, but well kept. There are newer properties nearby, but this is well priced for the space & age. Two full bedrooms and two full bathrooms was perfect for our family of 4. The second bedroom has two full size beds, so more could fit. This condo has an exclusive bonus rooftop deck in the trees, which is super cool! Be prepared for three flights of steps if you don’t get that ski locker. And bring change to use the laundry facilities which are in the underground parking garage. The Bathrooms had plenty of space, shower head had good pressure, and there were extra supplies provided, with plenty of towels. Sadly, I must add that the beds did not meet our needs. The mattresses are soft and unsupportive and lumpy. After a long exhausting day of skiing, more support would’ve been much appreciated. Overall, a great place, just needs new mattress

Great Mountain Get Away For The Family
My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was great, easy walk to Main Street shops and restaurants. Two beds in the spare bedroom were a plus as my teenagers like there own space. The condo had everything you need and was very clean. The pool and hot tubs for the property were really nice, only complaint is they closed at 8 pm. Definitely would stay there again if we ever make it back to The Breck.

Great views from amazingly convenient cozy location
The walk up three flights of steep steps after driving over a thousand miles was not what I was hoping for, but once at the top and into the unit we felt immediately at home. The unit is a bit older, and not in perfect condition, but the imperfections add to the authenticity of this ski town village unit and made it feel more welcoming somehow. The floorplan is small, but the use of space is perfect and the 4 of us rarely competed with a place to sit or hang out while there. We truly enjoyed the convenience of this space as it allowed easy walking access to all of our favorite Breckenridge spots, and served as a perfect home base for our daily trekking and hiking expeditions. The unit got quite warm for us and there is no AC, and opening all windows just let more warm air in - which was alright with us since the pool is a short walk away. We hope to return to Breck someday soon, and will look to this unit first in considering our options. We loved it here!
