Took a few days to get away with the dog. Great little place! Would recommend washing dishes before use. Plenty of towels. The furniture wasn't very comfortable. When walking through noticed many different sizes of cabins for rent. Excited to rray a different one next time!

Not many necessary amenities.
I didn’t realize it didn’t have a garbage disposal or a dishwasher. One drawback was there wasn’t a closet. If we had stayed longer that would have been an issue. We survived but it was a little dicey in the kitchen.

Best Location to Colorado Trail!
Coming off the Colorado Trail this is the best location for a hot shower and comfy place to sleep. Free bus into Breckenridge is five minute walk away, easy to grab dinner out and resupply. Communication with owner was quick and easy, thanks Lisa!

Exceptional location
We hiked the trails around tiger run and sat by the beaver pond and watched the beaver and ducks. The possibilities are endless. Will definitely be back.

Great little getaway cabin
My husband and I came up for a long weekend at the last minute and it was the perfect little getaway... had just about everything you need so you don't have to pack a ton of stuff. However do bring condiments! Will do it again.

Great location for Summit County ski trip
This cabin was perfect for our Summit County ski trip. The location can’t be beat. We skied at Keystone, Copper, and Breckenridge and this location was relatively central to all of them. The accommodations were prefect for our family of four. Lisa was a fantastic host with great communication. When the outside temperature turned very cold, she messaged us to make sure everything was fine (and it was). Thanks for a great trip.

A bit challenging, but mostly OK
The chalet has a good location. We found the lack of available storage for our clothing a bit challenging. One of the drawbacks is there isn't a closet to hang clothing and some of the drawers are full of the owners tools and miscellaneous stuff. We made due by using the loft area to store our luggage and laid out our clothing on the futon and bed in the loft. The unit was clean and well stocked, but needs some TLC. All in all we were satisfied, but wished the owner would give more thought to improving and upgrading some of the furnishings.

Tiger Run Breckinridge TINY HOUSE CABIN
The Tiny House was in a quite neighborhood of RV Campers. It is advertised as having a loft that is only usable if you're under 3 feet tall. The rooms are adequate in size the furnishings are not comfortable the thermostat is almost unusable to adjust the heat. There is no storage for vistors belongings we had to lay out our suitcases in the middle of the living room floor. All in all the only saving grace for this unit is it was pet friendly. Although that came with a little suprise after we returned home when we were notified of an additional pet charge for cleaning up pet poop in the loft area that we kept blocked off the entire visit seemed like a cleaning crew scam. We will go back to using condos on our visits to Breckinridge.

Getaway in the snow
Located at tiger run RV resort this small chalet was very clean and comfy for 3 people. Lisa was easy to communicate with. The only thing that was a little minus was the entrance door . It was newly installed but the company did a bad job. So it was a little cold in the living room at night. Space heater helped you couldn’t run it all night. Lisa told us about it and apologized for it. We could improve it by sticking a towel in the weatherstrip to close the gap

Just fine
The property is just fine, don't expect anything fancy. Our biggest complaint is that for us it wasn't clear that this property is not near downtown Breckenridge. Note that when you click on the location of the property within the add, it shows something close to downtown Breck. The property is within the RV park/resort (tigerrunresort -dot- com) a few miles outside the main town, technically still Breck. I guess we should have Googled the name vs. trusting the location in the add. Also technically, the property is described correctly but there is at least one important point left out: the first level (extra-rooms/loft) are way too low, around 4 feet, you need to kneel to enter. Some points for improvement are: the heater mainly heats the bathroom and the upstairs rooms get almost no heating, even after closing all the downstairs vents so most of the hot air went upstairs; some of the entrance vertical blinds were broken; and some of the light bulbs in the main living area and bathroom were out.

This place was really cute. Also the neighborhood it’s in is also really nice, clean, and friendly. So close to Breck, frisco, or silverthorne. Overall it was a perfect little getaway for us. Would definitely come here again.

Tiger Run Resort vacation
