Newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome with modern furnishings, luxury linens and Cozy mountain decor is located in the quiet Columbine neighborhood just steps to downtown Breckenridge, The village and the Quicksilver super lift. No need for a car or to ride the shuttle.

Make a snowman or have that epic snowball fight right outside the back patio in our undisturbed serene nature preserve.

After an adventure on the slopes relax and heat up next to the stone fireplace or dine together with seating for 9! The main level has an open layout where All are comfortable with you'll find the kitchen, dining area, living area with walls of glass merging you with the tree filled serene outdoor wildlife. Moose, bear and fox are all potential sightings all from the comfort of your living room.

Relax on our private deck In our oversized hot tub while enjoying the calm surroundings of nature.

Take care of those work emails on our office on the landing with 2 office chairs, printer and extra monitor.

The Master Suite features a king bed, oversized Tv with all the apps and a well appointed an en-suite bathroom with double vanities and walk in shower.

The second bedroom offers a queen bed, Smart Tv with all the apps and en-suite bath with walk in shower.

The third bedroom has a cozy Captain's bunk (twin over double).

Other amazing amenities include in-unit washer and dryer and free parking for 3 vehicles. There is a private garage with for one car and additional space for one car in front and one parked in visitor parking.

Whether its adventure or relaxation that brings you to Breckenridge our unit is sure to be home base for great times and wonderful memories.

Beautiful property and close to the Village
It was a beautiful property and a 5 minute walk to the village. We enjoyed time at the town home and exploring all that Breckenridge has to offer.
