Luxurious condo with all the comforts of home. Beautiful condo with cathedral ceilings. Quiet, top-floor corner, unit. Fireplace. Master bedroom has a California-king bed. Second bedroom has queen-sized bed and bunk beds. Queen size sofa sleeper with upgraded mattress. Washer & dryer in the condo. Large flat screen TV's. Hot tub is just a few steps away. Gas grill on the balcony. Free WiFi. Nearby building has more outdoor hot tubs, an exercise room, steam, sauna and game room with foosball, billiards, and air hockey. Indoor ice rink one block away. Wonderful Location and Clean
This has been one of our best condos that we stayed in Breck. It was clean and had plenty of cookware with was a main issue with the other condos. The microwave wasn’t working but the owner was quick to reply and had a new microwave delivered the next day. It was a 10 minute walk to the chairlift although they gave buss service. I’ll stay here again. Thanks Debbie for all of your communication.

Wonderful Christmas Holiday getaway
This property is a prime location in Breckinridge. You can walk to the shops and restaurants on Main Street and the Peak 9 lift is a "very" short shuttle ride away. The furnishings are beautiful and this rental had all the comforts of home. We LOVED the hot tub, the fireplace, the views and the radiant heat floors! So cozy and comfortable for our family of 4. We will most definitely be back.

This is the second Christmas we have spent at this property. Great location, garage a big plus, plenty of space and cozy in the living room with fireplace. Looks out on the mountains, easy to walk to dinners in town. Host is very responsive and accommodating to our requests. Highly recommend without hesitation.

Beautiful! We loved the condo. Size was perfect for family of 3 and def. could handle a larger group. Location was also 5 star as you could walk to Main Street and still had views of mountains and all the beautiful trees. Owner was very responsive ! Comfortable, clean, and convenient !!

The Perfect Stay
We loved staying at this condo! Absolutely gorgeous, well appointed and exceptionally clean. It’s conveniently located just minutes from Main Street and Peak 9. There is a bus stop just 3 minutes from the condo that will take you to Peak 8 or 9, but we found it just as easy to walk to the base of Peak 9. The owners were very responsive and easy to reach. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening, and having an elevator to get our luggage up to the third floor was a nice luxury. Highly recommend this property. We hope to stay again!

Fantastic Location and Property
We had a great stay at the property. It was as advertised. Close to the village, Peak 9 base and also walkable to downtown Breckenridge. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 with lots of room and natural light. The apartment was also well stocked. The best part was our host Debbie who was very knowledgeable on the area and super helpful during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay!
We highly recommend this property! It was great to be in walking distance to downtown. We loved that it’s an end unit with lots of windows that provided GREAT views of the mountains. We appreciated the radiant heated floors, the comfy beds, and that the unit was well stocked. I had a question the day we arrived and called the host, Debbie. She promptly responded with a solution. We’ll be back!

Great place
Beautiful place with a sweet mountain view from the balcony. Well-appointed kitchen and nice open concept living area. Just a couple of blocks from downtown Breck, it's in a great location. We were always on the move during our stay, but if the weather kept us indoors, this would also be a nice place to hang out.

Great Breckenridge Ski Stay
Really enjoyed our stay here. Bus to ski slopes very close, and one could actually do the10 min walk in ski boots from bottom of Quiksilver lift. Also a short walk to downtown. Kids (5&7) loved the bunk beds in second bedroom. When humidifiers weren't working, management was quick get us new ones.
