This house is beautiful! Perfect location. Everything was within 10 mins walking distance. Hot tub and washer/dryer was a major plus. Book this house. You won't regret it.

This was great for the group. You can walk across the street and take the gondola to peak 8. Hot tub was a nice addition. We had an issue with water temperature in the shower, but place was great regardless

Perfect location
House is located close to Main St. so close you can easily walk instead try to find parking on the area, house is clean, only one of the bedrooms can use some improvement on the mattress and linens, overall comfortable and well equipped kitchen. I highly recommend this if you do not want to be driving much.

7 adults fit well in house. Very close to everything. Minimal tv channels/ small TV. Could use some small amenities to get you started. Hot tub could use cleaning. Upstairs second bathroom drain slow/clogged.

50th Birthday Weekend
We aren’t skiers, so I can’t speak to that. But, this property was perfect for us. We are from Florida and for my friend’s 50th birthday he requested a snowy weekend in a chalet sipping cocktails by the fire, a hot tub, and meandering through town. We thought Breck would do the trick for his request and this property was PERFECT. Excellent location for walking to the gondola and into town. Quiet, beautiful. The home was well appointed and clean. It’s snowed A LOT while we were there so being able to park in the garage was a major plus. Would absolutely stay again and bring our kids.

Perfect Location but house could use some updates
The location and floor plan of the house is great but the house has some wear and tear that should be fixed. Freezer drawer was broken, windows in the master bedroom inoperable which made the evenings very warm (No AC), hot tub cover was torn up so we didn’t even attempt to use, shower on main level would only go super hot or very cold, the beds are extremely uncomfortable, not enough pillows. A little effort and this house could be a great stay. Hope they make some updates!

The rental property was great. It was close to town in a quiet neighborhood. Communication was easy with the contact. However we rented this specifically to use the hot tub and it ended up being broken. Most of the party had looked forward to using it. For this reason I chose to do 4 stars vs 5. Other than the hot tub issue, I’d highly likely stay there again.

Summer in Breckenridge
Our stay was great. Location was within walking distance to downtown, the grocery store, gondola and trails. We enjoyed the hot tub, and the cabin feel of the condo.

Ideal location, walking distance to town, city market, well stocked kitchen, large rooms with comfortable beds, nice amenities. Property Manager responds quickly to any questions. Our family had a great time staying here and would definitely stay again.

The house was very nice. However, the love seat in the family room was sagging significantly. We had 7 adults and the family room was too small without enough seating for everybody. The hot tub was great and the location is good. Pretty good walk out but you can ski right to the house (if you don't mind skiing down the street)

Excellent location. Easy check in, and check out. Close to town, ski in & out was awesome.
Beds in main bedrooms were great. The bunk beds mattresses in guest room were uncomfortable. We shoveled around the hot tub, and steps to door and around hot tub. The hot tub was awesome too!! Really enjoyed our stay!!

Good location
This rental has a great location (5 min walk to downtown) but definitely needs some tlc and upgrades. The mattresses were very thin, couches were small and very worn and TVs are tiny (not to mention only in living room and master). The house needed a deep clean, dust bunnies in corners etc. Overall not a terrible place to stay based on location but property could use some upgrades. Property manager Miguel was quick to respond and send people out to fix the broken handrail that was there when we arrived and fix a breaker. Also, just a note, lots of stairs so may be an issue for people with mobility issues or people with babies. Also providing conditioner along with the shampoo would be fab. The property had lots of extra blankets, pillows and dishes which was nice. Great dining room and kitchen area if you’d like to cook.

Wonderful and relaxing rental
I really enjoyed my time in Breck. The house was as described and Evolve was incredibly response and helpful. Additionally the proximity to downtown was amazing. I would highly recommend this property.

Good home, great location.
Nice home with good amount of space for our family. Some aspects of the home need work before they become out of order. The bathroom fixtures were flimsy and gave us issues, including faucets, locks, etc. The maintenance staff was responsive and took care of issues. The only issue which remained till the entirety of our stay was the heat. The fireplace in the living room and bedroom continued to emit heat even though they were off, which raised the temp very high during night. Please take care of this.
