Beautiful mountain equipped with every imaginable amenity!
This luxurious home is located in a quiet neighborhood with access to skiing within minutes. Our Christmas holiday was celebrated in comfort. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. I would welcome a second opportunity to create additional family memories in this beautiful property!

Beautiful home close to the ski slopes. Loved having the hot tub, steam shower and sauna after a long day of skiing! Perfect for a larger group with plenty of entertainment for the kids with pool, ping pong and movie theater!

Fabulous Home!
We brought our adult kids for a ski trip and this home was a perfect fit! There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out, a spacious kitchen for preparing meals, comfy sitting areas for relaxing & lots of fun to be had downstairs with the pool table and theatre. Everything was very clean and the host was very responsive. All in all, a five star stay in a beautiful home! Highly recommend!

Great property - was a little warm with radiant heat, and could have used info on how to use movie theatre room or play movies on Dish. But great space, plenty of room, and everyone had a wonderful time. We enjoyed making family memories here.

This property was everything it was advertised to be and so much more. It had everything needed to cook a Thanksgiving meal for 10 family members. There was also plenty of space to be able to seperate and do your own thing! Most of all, the VIEW of the mountains from the family room and dining room is simply intoxicating. This house had it all!

Awesome location for a family get away!
The house was beautiful, just as pictured. The well-stocked kitchen allowed us to easily cook meals for our group of 9. We enjoyed watching football and a movie in the theater room, using the hot tub after a day of skiing and relaxing in the spacious living room. The location of the bedrooms allowed those who wanted to sleep late, while the early rising youngsters had breakfast. The views were breathtaking. Highly recommend this property.

Beautifully equipped and spacious
We were a party of 4 families (and a single adult) and had a wonderful time in this house. The decor was lovely and the views were amazing. The kitchen had more than enough cookware and dishes. Everyone was comfortable and had a great time. We would definitely stay here again. The owners and caretaker were extremely responsive and good to work with. Stay here and you will not be disappointed.

Birthday Ski Trip
This was our second time to stay in this home and it was just as beautiful and convenient as I remember it from two years ago! It was just two of us this time for a quick birthday ski trip and we had a blast. We only left the house to ski and eat; everything you could want and need are right there onsite/in the neighborhood. From the hot tub and sauna to enjoy after skiing to sledding in the neighborhood and enjoying the sunsets on the porch, this place is perfection! So close to everything but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. One of my favorite places - we will be back!!!!

Perfect Getaway
This was our third time staying in Breckinridge right after Christmas. This is by far our favorite home. Everything is high end and comfortable. The kitchen is huge with anything you would ever need. We cooked every meal for 4 days and didn’t lack anything. Beds were very comfortable and that counts for a lot. The view when you walk in the door is breathtaking! We couldn’t get enough of it. We enjoyed the theatre room every night and the ping pong was fun too. The location was great since we were between Frisco and Breckinridge . We could not have had a better place to stay with our family of 6 adults, 3 kids, and 3 generations. We want to go back! Thanks, Amanda.

Great weekend stay!
This cabin was very nice, clean, the big windows, fireplaces in every room and the layout were great. All the bedrooms were spaced out, which is great when traveling with a few people. The pool table downstairs with the theater room were a hit, also loved the hot tub and steam shower. There a couple of things, none that will keep us from coming here again, but would add to the experience. I recommend an inventory of glasses etc... There were only 3 wine glass, and the dishwashers were not great. That and the towels not being very soft were the only things that could have been better. I highly recommend, it is clearly well taken care of.

Great Breckenridge Escape
The home is conveniently located just outside the main city of Breck. Close to grocery and liquor stores. The home is spread out and everyone had plenty of personal space. The view from the dining room is spectacular. We cooked almost all of our meals and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils you will need. We did have an issue with the garbage disposal and the host promptly had it replaced. We used the hot tub and grill on the side porch. The hot tub was difficult to operate and we couldn't get it to turn off every time. The grill works perfect. All of the pool table sticks need to be replaced. None of them have tips. We enjoyed our stay and are considering this home for a summer visit.

Grand Breckenridge Experience
Upon opening the front door the views were spectacular. We spent most of our time in the kitchen and the living room. The kitchen is a chef’s dream. We enjoyed the hot tub, steam room, ping pong table, pool table along with the bikes. There are 2 dishwashers in the kitchen and 3 ice makers throughout the home. The only down side, the one in the kitchen was not working. The info of the number to the property manager needs to be updated in the framed instructions throughout the home. We called the manager…she said she has not worked for this property in over two years. Our daughter brought her dog and we found the home to be very pet friendly. Overall our experience was fabulous.

Nice accommodations but could be improved
Ratings are lower due to some shabbiness of furniture, threadbare throw pillows and lack of any amenities in bathrooms - a basket of toiletries would have been a nice touch. Instead there were only half used bottles of Garnier Fructis shampoo. My biggest complaint was that the pantry - which is large - was full of food items left from previous renters that included open, half eaten boxes of Cheez-its, open bottles of pancake syrup, flour, etc. Extra staples like paper towels, laundry and dishwasher detergent that are in left in the rental are useful and appreciated, but I recommend that housekeeping remove the many open food items - that are likely stale or spoilt - from the pantry. It was both gross and potentially unsafe.

Beautiful Home! Exceeded Expecataions!
The home met our expectations as it was beautiful and appointed with many amenities. All the bathrooms were supplied with full size shampoo and conditioners which was a nice to have. The kitchen was equipped to easily serve 16 if not more, plenty of plates, glasses and silverware. The views were beautiful. The pictures were very accurate and if anything understate the beauty of the home. We a frequent VRBO renters and by far this was the most luxurious homes we have rented. With that said, there are a few suggestions and/or comments. The fifth bedroom, although connected is outside the house and would not be appropriate for small children. The home is equipped with three garages, but one garage is in use and if you have rented an SUV only one car can fit. The garage is heated, so this is a nice benefit. If it snows, the driveway will be plowed, but not necessarily before ski time. In reading other comments, renters stated that Amanda was very responsive. This was not our experience and if you have any last minute changes and or requests do not expect that the owners will be accommodating or available to discuss your request.

Thanksgiving Getaway
Overall, we had a great time spending Thanksgiving in CO. The scenery from the living room and kitchen was breathtaking. The home is huge and our kids loved the movie room. Watching Netflix in there was a joy. Unfortunately, there were many issues: the en suite, in the master bedroom on the main floor light, didn't work. I notified the owner and she suggested her handyman come but he/she never came. The master bedroom sheets on the main floor was torn. The lighting in the living room and kitchen was very dim and some didn't work. Bring your own bath towels because the home doesn't have many if you plan to stay a week. The downstairs master bedroom fireplace didn't work and the downstairs master bedroom sheets weren't clean.The guest house sheets weren't cleaned either. Not sure if it was dog hair. :/ There are old TVs in the home, and none are smart TVs. That was a bummer because we wanted to watch Netflix in the family room. Last, the sofas in basement were torn, and the hot tub was dirty. :( The home needs a thorough assessment by either the owner or a property manager, but we made the best of it.
