Fantastic studio with gorgeous views of all of Breckenridge Resort. This is a beautiful condo with granite counters, a fully stocked kitchen, luxurious bedding and a very comfortable pullout couch providing sleeping arrangements up to 4 people.

This condo is located at the base of Peak 9 only feet from the Quicksilver Super Chair and the kids ski school. It is also right in the heart of The Village at Breckenridge and only a 5 minute walk to Main Street.

There isn't a better location for the price here in Breckenridge. A 2 minute walk to the Quicksilver Super Chair and ski-in when the day is done. Enjoyed all the amenities that the Marriott has to offer. The owner was very easy to communicate with and super quick to answer questions.

This is a very convenient location with all the benefits of the Marriott. Pool, hot tub, underground parking were all included. The kitchen could use a few more utensils for cooking and a few more coffee cups and drinking glasses but otherwise it’s a nice unit.

Excellent Spot for a Ski Vacation
We had a great stay for our short ski trip. The unit was super convenient. We could see the lift out the window and could walk over just as the lift started turning. The hot tubs and heated pool afterwards were excellent and we were a quick walk to lots of bars and restaurants. The unit was great for two people. We would definitely come back again.

Great place for skiers and shoppers!
This place is perfect... super close walk to the Quicksilver lift, ski shop with overnight storage for skis, boots and poles in the building, underground parking garage, great pool and lots of big hot tubs, super short walk to great coffee, smoothies, bars and restaurants. The condo was perfect for my daughter and I - really comfortable with cozy blankets and everything we needed in the kitchen. The host is fantastic, super communicative and very responsive. We will stay here again for sure!

Marriott Debacle
The hotel was under extensive renovation making navigation very difficult, dirty and noisy. The checkin process was very difficult as Marriott staff were inconsiderate and not helpful as the reservation was through a 3rd party. Unit manager was very helpful in navigating the reservation. The unit itself had outlets not working and carpet was not vacuumed upon arrival.

Great Location
Couldn’t have asked for a better location and view. Very short walk to Quicksilver lift and easy access to restaurants, etc., never needed to move our car. The relationship to Marriott property was a little confusing as the address was the same but we found it easily. Only downside was that the room itself didn’t seem well kept up. Bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t ever been mopped. Access to hot tub and pool and other amenities was wonderful.

Overall a real great experience. If you are going on the slopes it’s right there. You can see the lift from your window. The only complaints is that the bed was not very comfortable and the bathroom had a slight odor. I don’t imagine that you are spending very much time in the condo and shouldn’t be a deal breaker. I would definitely visit the area again

We’ve stayed in Breck many times and this property is located within walking distance to peak 9 lift. Nice views of the Maggie Pond and slopes. Able to rent skis on the bottom floor of complex. Convenient for storage and return. Condo is laid out nicely for 2 adults. We were comfortable. Only issues were cleanliness and kitchen was not well-stocked. Dirty, sticky floors in bath & kitchen. Would return.
