If you can't find it there, you can also find it on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/ and then search https://youtube.com/watch?v=aTu4PZucDRU. Ours is just one of the few properties personally inspected and reviewed by VRBO staff. You will not find a more comfortable, homey place, a better-equipped kitchen, or a more beautiful, spectacular, panoramic mountain view in all of Breckenridge! It will literally take your breath away! Adjacent to Main Street Station & the high-speed Quicksilver 6-person lift. 705 Snowberry Lane. Breckenridge is consistently recognized near the top of lists of "Best Small Towns to Visit in the USA".

We also own a poolside resort patio home short-term rental in Old Town Scottsdale, AZ. Please take a look at our other beautiful VRBO rental at https://t.vrbo.io/YctU4DNsfwb

Our cleaning people have taken extraordinary steps, training, and certification to thoroughly sanitize our condo and all the condos they clean. They are using special detergent to wash all linens and mattress pads, using a special disinfectant on all surfaces including all remote controls, light switches, and doorknobs, spraying all upholstery and bedspreads with a special disinfectant, etc. This is all a coordinated effort among all the cleaning companies in Breckenridge.

Spacious 1,400 square foot skier's paradise just a 5-minute walk to the lift and Main Street with gorgeous, panoramic view of the ski slopes and the Ten Mile Mountain Range to the West from third-floor living area with floor-to-ceiling windows the full length of the unit, with vaulted ceilings and large private balcony. Mountain views also from both main floor bedrooms and East balconies. This exceptional, three-bedroom (including large loft), three-bath condominium has been carefully decorated with decorator paint, knotty-pine doors & trim, beautiful top-of-the-line furnishings, lighting, and original artwork in a mountain lodge style. The living room has a leather sofa, custom built Lazy Boy love-seat/recliner under lodge-style ceiling fan, and knotty pine entertainment center. We have tons of board games, DVDs, and card games. Dining room seats 8-10 under gorgeous antler chandelier, and adjacent kitchen island seats 4. We have the quietest dishwasher you have never not heard. We have 4 queen beds plus 2 twin sofa sleepers.

All the mattresses are top-of-the-line products. Both main floor bedrooms have Simmons Beautyrest, pillowtop, independent coil system Queen mattresses. All sleeping areas have beautiful high-end, color-coordinated comforters, pillow shams, and throw pillows.

-- The larger master bedroom, The Pine Room, has two solid pine Queen sleigh beds, night stands, love seat with twin sleeper, and a decorator armoire with a 50" HD "smart" internet TV with easy access to your Netflix or similar account.

--The smaller master bedroom (yet still quite large compared to most condos) we call The Aspen Room. This beautiful room has custom-made aspen log furniture throughout including a Queen bed, nightstands, dressers, and a love seat with twin sleeper and small flat screen TV.

--The large loft is especially loved by kids with matching pine furniture throughout, including two new top-of-the-line mattresses (2020) in a semi-private bedroom with three walls and no door, and a new queen size bed in the loft area open to the living area below. Our loft is typical of those found all over Breckenridge and includes unusually wide non-slip steps and sturdy handrails on both sides that go all the way up and into the loft. Over 20 years and after hundreds of guests, no one has ever reported a fall or an injury. Our guests have regularly commented in their reviews that their kids love the loft! It's like their private treehouse :-)

"The Lift" 31-unit condo complex, in the heart of Breckenridge, is a short, easy 5-minute walk to the Peak 9 Super-Six Quicksilver chairlift, Maggie Pond, and "The Village". Four-minute walk to Main Street, the Riverwalk, Lacima Mall, The Breckenridge Craft Brewery & Restaurant, and all the other popular restaurants. Adjacent to Main Street Station.

Gourmet cook kitchen includes glass electric cooktop installed in 2020, a dozen or more wine glasses, 3 fondue sets, electric skillet, large crock-pot with 2 inserts, electric hand mixer with attachments, electric blender, electric can opener, coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, electric rice cooker, double boiler, thermal coffee pitcher, filtered water pitcher, bagel slicer, multiple cutting boards, meat thermometer, barbecue grilling skillet & utensils, 16-place setting of dishes, and we usually have a good selection of staples, condiments, spices, etc. Bathrooms include 3 hair dryers, 3 magnifying makeup mirrors (1 in each bath), and nightlights. Each room has its own thermostatically-controlled hot water baseboard heat. The living room and the two main-floor bedrooms each have their own flat screen TV, bathroom, vanity, and balcony. Gas fireplace. Reserved parking for 2 vehicles including one covered. Additional low-cost day and overnight parking is just a couple blocks away at the Town Ice Skating Center. Free shuttle bus a block away. Convenience couldn't be better!

This versatile condominium appeals to groups and families who want to enjoy their Breckenridge experience together. The condominium includes a large living area and adjacent kitchen, a large loft with two semi-private sleeping areas, two unusually large bedrooms on the main floor, three bathrooms (two with beautifully remodeled showers and one with new bath tub/shower combination), and three separate vanity areas. The West mountain-facing private balcony has 3 tables, 6 chairs, and a grill. The balcony provides additional space to enjoy the sun, a meal, or gather before departing for your favorite activity.

We usually have snow sleds in the ski locker on the ground floor unless someone has left them on the hill, some children's toys, and a large selection of board games, books, and DVDs.

Four new hot tubs and a heated pool are all in the nearby courtyard a block away (BEAUTIFULLY REBUILT FACILITY IN 2018). The pool area has private shower rooms and lockers for your convenience (bring your own lock). The Winter pool and hot tub season generally opens and closes with the Breckenridge ski resort. For the Summer, the heated pool and hot tubs are usually open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.

Why Go to Breckenridge?
#2 in Best Small Towns to Visit in the USA
Sure, you'll find plenty of fellow powder hounds on the slopes of nearby ski resorts along with stunning mountain vistas year-round, but this Colorado town also packs a historic punch thanks to its 19th-century gold rush roots.

Settled in 1859, Breckenridge retains the same Victorian-era charm it did during the height of the gold rush. Its down-to-earth family-friendly atmosphere has also endured its transformation from a silver- and gold-mining town to one of the country's most beloved skiing destinations. What's more, Breck – as it's called by locals – is a quick drive from other popular Colorado destinations, including Vail, which is 40 miles northwest, and Denver, which is 80 miles northeast.

In the summer, winter sports are replaced with fishing, hiking, and cycling. But no matter the season, the majesty of a Breckenridge sunset and star-studded night sky is a wonder to behold – and worth coming back to year after year.

Escape from the heat
Quick trip to Breck to get out of the Denver heat - myself, two children and their spouses, and 3 grandkids. Condo was perfect for us - fun to be walking distance to town and the gondola, and some nice hiking trails right outside the door. Pool area was very nice and convenient.

Location couldn’t have been better, walking distance from everything!!! The owner was easy to communicate with and bent over backwards to solve our issue. Nowhere in the description does it say that to get to the 3rd bedroom/open loft you have to climb a 10 ft. Vertical ladder. We could not safely have our 4&6 year old grandchildren safely stay up there. We had to rent a second place once we got there for ou cildren to stay.

Spring Break ski trip
We stayed the first week in April 2024. There were two families sharing the condo from 12-55. We could each have our own space with a bathroom which was very convenient. The location was amazing! So close to the village with all of the shops and restaurants for those who didn’t ski and close to the slopes for those that did ski. It was a great value! The owners were very communicative. The cleaning service didn’t do the best job. Lots of dust and some mold on the shower curtain. There was also no soap. I don’t blame the owners for this but the cleaning service didn’t do the best job. The fireplace and the two decks were perfect for the warmer spring days. We had a great time! Thank you!

Quick Ski Vacation
This was our first time skiing in Colorado. Jeff and Roxy's condo came at a great price and perfect location. We were looking for something near the slopes and near the town. The ski lifts were about a 7 minute walk. the town even closer. The condo was clean and just as advertised. Much more than we needed as there were only two of us but the price was better than nearby hotel rooms and much nicer. There was a problem with the boiler but the gas fireplace was enough to keep us warm even on a single digit night. Jeff and Roxy were extremely responsive and gave us some great information on the town. We highly recommend the Blue Moose for breakfast. Breckenridge is a great ski town and super mountain. We got lucky when the third night of the stay it snowed - about 10 inches on the mountain. We would definitely recommend this place for others and hope to return one day. Thanks Jeff ands Roxy!

A good location for walking to town and getting to lifts. Had plenty of beds for our group of 7 and everything we needed for week long stay. Community hot tubs and pool were great. Condo is a bit dated but a great value considering how expensive Breckenridge is getting.

Being from Colorado, we have stayed at quite a few places every year and this has to be the most “uncomfortable” place to stay. There is no elevator and this is not on the first floor. It would have been great to know ahead of time that there was not an elevator so we would have packed differently knowing we had to carry it up three flights of stairs plus groceries. Also, there is a note, instructions on almost every surface and in every room reminding you that this place belongs to a couple that wants you to be careful. Another note states if we don’t put away dishes under the cabinet in the proper order we would be billed $50 an hour for cleaning service! I suggest NOT letting others rent out you place if you don’t want them there.

Location!! Location!! Location!!!
What a fantastic trip with the family! This property is located right in the heart of Breck. You can walk to everything. Just steps from Maggie Village and conveniently located a short walk to Quicksilver lift. This apartment has an extremely well equipped kitchen and the view of the mountains are spectacular. Just read the reviews! They are all accurate descriptions (no surprises!). We were 4 adults and 3 children and the space was extremely comfortable. Our kids spent most of the indoor time up in the den. Like most properties in the area there is no elevator so just be prepared for the steps. Owner was in constant communication prior to trip to ensure a safe and convenient checkin experience. Overall an A+ and would definitely recommend to future travelers.

A Great Stay!
We had 8 adults in town for a wedding, and this was a great place to stay in Breck! Half our group was older, so they were comfortable in the two main bedrooms, while the younger half of us used the loft; we kept luggage downstairs since the ladder is a little hard if you’re carrying a load, but this was no issue since the bathrooms are all downstairs anyway. Location is fabulous, and we barely used our cars since the main drag is only about a 5 minute walk at a leisurely pace. Kitchen was well equipped for our crew to make breakfast in the mornings. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions and were so kind to make it a great stay!

Roxy and Jeff were amazing to communicate with and overall great. Condo does not have a lot of storage for multi families staying together. It’s a nice walk into town. The walk to quicksilver is quick but can still be a challenge for a family carrying all their gear.

Couldn't check in until 7pm! No support, otherwise nice place
First of all this is lovely condo and a great location. It has lots of creative places to sleep and would be fun for multiple families, cousins, etc. Unfortunately we weren't able to enjoy the condo after skiing all day as we had hoped because we weren't able to get in until after 7pm due to the cleaners still being in the condo. Since were were only staying for one night this was a huge disappointment and we never would have chosen this place. The whole point of paying for a place right in Breck is to use it right after skiing! I could have driven home to Fort Collins by the time it was read. They should definitely post this in the description of the house before booking! Jeff and Roxy let us know the week before we arrived that the check in might be delayed due to labor issues. On the day we received multiple calls and texts from them and then at 5:40 they said the condo was ready. We walked the 3 floors up and the cleaning person was still there! At this point we decided to go out to dinner downtown in our ski gear which was not our plan for the night with the kids. We were desperate to get showers and hang at the condo and order pizza. The most frustrating part was that the owners didn't apologize and kept saying it was out of their control and blaming "labor shortages" instead of taking responsibility and offering support like removing the cleaning fee or giving a late check out (or anything that would have been supportive or validating.) When I followed up the next day to ask for some compensation they accused us checking at 1pm which was weird because we rushed out right after 10am and moved our cars so the cleaners could take the parking spots. We are following up with VRBO directly which seems unnecessary but we simply didn't get what we paid for. I would only stay here if it doesn't matter what time you arrive!

Owners Save Vaca Stay
The Owners saved the vacation. VRBO failed miserably. When arriving the condo had not been cleaned: dirty bedding, towels on the floor, and a dirty kitchen. VRBO had me hold for more than 15 min when I finally spoke to someone, the system hung up when transferring; this happened twice. The final call to VRBO had me on hold for more than 20 minutes, after speaking to someone, I was placed on hold for 15 minutes and then VRBO just hung up (third time). Reaching out to the Owner: Great Response, Great Communication, and Cleaning arrived promptly (by now 7 in the evening). The Owners checked in periodically during the cleaning and validated the arrival, completion, and safety protocols. Appreciate the Great Owner Response. Thank you. All issues addressed: excellent stay, fantastic trip, and everybody loved the condo . . .

Perfect for Large Families
The Hart Condo is amazing- this is perfect for large families who bring friends along for the trip! My kids loved the loft area and our kids aged 3-16 were easily able to navigate the loft ladder. The Aspen room was perfect for my husband and I- we loved all having our own bathrooms and not having to share with kids (they have their own below the loft!) The kitchen and tools made my life easier cooking for a large crew. We easily found everything we needed and more. When my daughter broke out in hives, Roxy and Jeff instantly responded with the location of a first aid kid. Our hosts checked in to make sure we were comfortable, helped with a mini emergency, and provided us with comfort and luxury. We will recommend this condo to anyone with a large crew!

Summer Vaca in Breck
It should have been noted in the description (perhaps I missed it) this condo is on the 3rd floor, and only has stairway access, no elevator. However, the view from the balcony was lovely. The pool and hot tubs are only open from 10 am to 8 pm, which isn’t “vacation friendly” in my opinion. During the summer it got pretty hot in the condo, as there is no A/C. We weren’t comfortable leaving slider doors open in the bedrooms at night, as the doors open on to communal “deck” and that makes it unsafe. Anyone could walk up back stairs onto the deck and walk in your room. So you can’t leave them open when you’re gone, yo help keep it cool. This would not be an issue in Winter. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen I’ve seen in property rentals. (I’ve rented on Vrbo and other sites for many years) Living room is tiny, but dining room table is large and handy for bigger groups. The “loft” is reached by a “ladder” and not easy to get to for adults over 45+ (my opinion) 3 baths are great to have when traveling with multiple people. They’ve been remodeled in last few years I’d guess. Furnishings and carpet are old and outdated, but functional. Decor is dated as well. The location is excellent, easy to walk to Main St. If you have visitors, beware there is no parking. If there is, we couldn’t find it. There was construction going on in complex, not the optimal situation when on vacation. We couldn’t get to our unit on next to last day due to painters blocking stairway. They moved their stuff so we could get by them, but this was at 5:30 or 6:00 pm. Overall it was satisfactory, but I would not stay here in the future. The owners were good to work with and communicated with us as needed.
