"The hotel is excellent, and taking in the consideration high standards they set, there are three things they should take care of ASAP to keep it up: 1. Rooms with king-size beds should not have two single mattresses connected to imitate it. It makes it uncomfortable for couples. Such rooms have to have proper king-size beds. 2. "Wir waren als Familie rundum begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt im Hotel. Die Sauberkeit war top, das gesamte Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. "Lovely hotel right in the center of Zlatibor. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. We had a problem with our car and they helped us with calling the tow service and were always asking how we are enjoying our stay. We had breaskfast buffet served directly in our table which was really nice. (due to corona there weren't many guests). "
