"We had a fantastic week at Villa Eda, an immaculate property that exceeded our expectations, apart from the lack of a hand whisk in the kitchen. Despite the heat wave with temperatures in the high 30s to low 40s, the efficient air conditioning kept us comfortable. The property’s isolation was perfect for us, although the 10-minute drive on an uneven gravel track requires a car with good suspension. The small pool and outdoor kitchen were wonderful, and collecting fresh eggs from the chickens...

"We stayed in Lina's place for 6 nights late July/early August. The weather was gorgeous and the pool was perfect for our family. We were greeted by Lina who showed us how everything works. "My family and I have just stayed in this beautiful villa and what a wonderful stay it was. The views were stunning, the villa was clean and as described and well worth the money. Two things that would have made this stay even better would have been to have the jacuzzi fixed in the master bathroom and to have proper layout sun beds as the ones provided, you couldn’t lay flat or turnover on.... these two things were very minor and didn’t disrupt from us enjoying our holiday. "We really enjoyed our one week stay in this home. We were able to use it as our base while we explored some of the cities on the Istria Peninsula, our favourite being Rovinj. The house was comfortable and well equipped and our host was excellent! Viviana was such a kind and generous person and we enjoyed meeting her. The property is gorgeous. Internet was spotty at times. We highly recommend this property."

"The villa is beautiful in a relaxing, private location. The photos dont do it justice its much better in real life. Its well equipped and has plenty to keep both adults and children occupied. The pool is amazing, it's clean, well laid out and perfect for children and adults. There was 8 in our group and plenty of space in the pool and villa. "Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und supersauber! Der Ausblick ist einfach sagenhaft! Man braucht aber unbedingt ein Auto um zu den Stränden oder zum Supermarkt zu kommen! Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war total unkompliziert, Amir und seine Frau sprechen sehr gut deutsch und haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. "Really nice place to stay. Our room was very small but we knew this in advance. We were there during a heatwave so the pool was amazing. The airconditioning is also great. Breakfast is good, really nice pistachio croissants. The restaurant next to the hotel is a nice place to eat. Only negatives thing would be that the hotel is a bit noisy, you can hear people in the hallway in the morning for example. "
