Welcome to this haven of tranquility, furnished in a decidedly modern and comfortable style to meet all your needs. With wheelchair access, it offers a fully equipped kitchen: coffee machine with integrated grinder, toaster, induction hob, microwave, cyclonic oven, large fridge-freezer, and all the essentials for cooking. Two toilets make daily life easier, while the bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.
If you work from home, you'll certainly appreciate the dedicated workspace in one of the rooms, equipped with a desk and integrated plug-in + USB port for easy connectivity.
Numerous USB A and C ports scattered throughout the house also make charging your electronic devices particularly convenient.
The rooms are carefully arranged for your comfort.

The house is located 15 meters from our own residence. We are available by phone and on-site.
House Guidelines :
Dear guests If you are coming to Brax, we want you to have an enjoyable time in our property, and to feel at home.
Please read and agree to our house guidelines prior to booking
- Maximum capacity : 4 people.
No unapproved guests.
This means only the amount of persons on the reservation shall be in the house.
- Respect the basic norms of living:
no excessive noise from the house is allowed. Respect for other people is essential.
In the event of parties or loud events, the guests will be required to leave the apartment and will lose their reservation money.
In addition, any damage to the property will be promptly charged.
- no smoking.
The house is equipped with a cigarette smoke detector.
Violations will result in the termination of the stay.
In addition, upholstery cleaning and ozone treatment will be charged to the guest.
- The cleaning fee covers the costs associated with providing the accommodation in good condition BEFORE arrival. Please, leave the house in appropriate condition: dishes, coffee mug, and glasses washed, wiped and tidied, garbage in the trash, clean the cooking plate/ appliances (coffee machine, microwave, toaster, induction hob......), clean the WC as if it was your own home.
Any excessive dirtiness, neglect, or mess will be billed.
- Take out the trash when necessary.
Please do not let trash accumulate in the house during your stay.
- Do not leave with the equipment or materials supplied, as you will be invoiced immediately.
- Any incident, breakage, or damage affecting the apartment furniture or equipment, must be reported.
You agree to keep the property clean and orderly, and you are fully responsible and liable for any damages to the property.
- Please do not use the bath towels to remove makeup, self-tanning, dyeing hair, polish shoes, mop up spills...
Such products will leave permanent stains on towels.
The host will charge 15€ per towel stained with such products if the towels are not recoverable after washing.
- Please do not throw harmful items in the WC, such as (but not limited to): plastic bags, diapers, sanitary towels, etc. Please dispose of these items in the trash. If this is not respected, the toilets may be blocked and the cost of a plumber's intervention will be charged to the traveller(s).
- In the event you lose the keys, the costs of replacement/ changing of locks will be charged to guests.
- We do not have a tarmac driveway, so we ask you to remove your shoes inside the house as we have equipped it with carpets for your comfort. Slippers are provided for your use and are expected to be handed back at the end of your stay.
- The accommodation has a standard level of safety, i.e. without specific protections for young children such as socket covers. The 2,500m2 grounds are partly fenced with Normandy gates, making it easy for a child to climb over or under. Parents/grandparents or others are fully responsible for the children in their care, must ensure their supervision and assume full responsibility for their safety.
- In accordance with French law, all rented tourist houses are governed by national law, which obliges hosts to ask all guests for their identity documents on arrival (like hotels), and to make a copy. If guests do not wish to present their identity documents, they will be refused entry to the accommodation in accordance with the right of admission.
