A fantastic 4 bedroom pet friendly (*charges apply) holiday home with hot tub (*charges apply), situated in the heart of Croyde village. Close to shops, pubs & restaurants and a short walk to the famous surfing beach!

Living
The lovely sitting room offers comfortable seating for 6 plus flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player. For Christmas guests a fully decorated Christmas tree is provided along with other festive decorations.

Cooking/Dining
The modern kitchen/breakfast room offers electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and everything else you would require to cater for your family. There is a separate utility room with washing machine. There is also a separate dining room with table and chairs for 6 and doors leading out to the terrace, hot tub and garden. Family room/bedroom 4 is a versatile room offering an additional play space (with books, toys and games) for children, as well as housing a double bed.

Sleeping
There are 4 bedrooms in total sleeping up to 8 guests, the master bedroom is a double with wardrobes and ensuite shower room. There are 3 further double bedrooms (one has a zip & link bed and can be set up as a twin room on request).

- Bedroom 1 - Double bed with en-suite (sleeps 2)

Bathing
There is a good sized family bathroom with shower over the bath as well as the master en-suite shower room.

Outside
Outside there is a lovely enclosed garden and terrace with hot tub (charges apply). Outdoor table and chairs for 'al-fresco' dining and BBQ provided. There is driveway parking for 3 -4 vehicles and the garden is enclosed with a gate to the front.

BOOKING INFORMATION
Please note that you are booking via an external channel and not directly through Ocean Cottages, therefore any information not provided directly from Ocean Cottages cannot be fully relied upon and pricing may differ. Please check payment and cancellation terms prior to confirming your booking.

Full payment is due if arrival is within 10 weeks. For bookings made 10+ weeks in advance a deposit of 50% plus the £60 non-refundable booking fee is due. The final balance and security deposit (if applicable) is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.

For Bookings confirmed with VRBO, Ocean Cottages will take your payment prior to confirming your booking, this could be up to 72 hours after receiving your confirmation from VRBO. If we are unable to accept your booking, we will contact you as soon as possible. Airbnb take payment on our behalf and pay us after your stay, they will confirm the dates and amounts due when you make your booking.

It is not possible to add any extras when booking via VRBO/Airbnb and therefore the costs of any extras will not be included within the price shown, extras must be requested and paid for directly with Ocean Cottages.

Please note, to ensure optimum cleanliness & hygiene of the hot tub, it will be completely emptied, cleaned, sanitised and re-filled with water and chemicals on your arrival day. Therefore, the hot tub may not be up to temperature until the morning after your arrival.
