"Villa Mara is a lovely villa and the outside space is even better than it looks in the photos . The villa was very clean and there were lots of little extras left for us e.g. Toiletries , BBQ supplies and some wine and home produced olive oil . "4 bedrooms, huge sofa (enough for 6 teenagers), pool with inflatables. Walked to bakery every morning including Sunday. Local supermarket within walking distance. All fabulous. We were slightly disappointed by the beach (too rocky and busy) but you could still walk to it. WiFi not strong enough for 2 families though particularly with lots of streaming. "We had a perfect time, the villa was clean, tidy and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The pool was great. The owners were there to greet us on arrival and were on hand for anything we might need help with, they were super friendly and absolutely lovely to get to know, we have only been home a few hours and I wish I was back there. "Really beautifully renovated building. Modern kitchen/ bathrooms but nice thick stone walls too! Hosts were friendly, generous and always responded quickly to any questions. Centrally located so most sites we wanted to see were 30-45 min drive away from the house. Swings in the backyard were great for our kids!"

"We stayed in this holiday accommodation for 2 weeks in July 2023 - parents with 2 x grown up sons and a 5 yr old grandson. The accommodation was perfect for our needs. Rooms were very clean, kitchen had excellent pans and plenty of china and the new large TV took an HDMI cable so we were able to watch a couple of English films in the evenings. The pool and outdoor space was wonderful and includes outdoor play swings etc for young children. There is a large choice of pebbly beaches around 35-40...
