"Made whole experience amazing rooms were great - if a little bit warm at night. Restaurant had good atmosphere chillled even tho really busy food was decent as well. Small touches including noticing it was my wife’s birthday and leaving little gift in room showed how thoughtful staff are and gives the hotel a ‘family run’ feel even tho a smart bigger hotel. All staff attentive, polite in background unless you need them. Location was great aswell only 5-10 min walk to old town"

Was very convenient to explore the Christmas markets and the surrounding areas. The hotel itself is clean and safe. My room was serviced every day. The hotel lobby bar was quite nice, food was good. "Quick and easy checkin. Nice, reasonably sized room, bathroom with a tub. Good location, walkable to almost everywhere within the city and if not, there is public transport. It was quiet while there, but there is a big construction going on so I can imagine it can get worse."
